Very disappointing, placed an order for 2 travel pillows as a bundle waited 2 weeks to get them and then inside the parcel there is only 1 travel pillow instead of 2. All the reviews online are fake, I’m sure they paid people to get positive reviews. Don’t trust them.

Terrible design and product: I can't believe I spent almost £40 for that piece of plastic that is very difficult to fit and not comfortable at all. Don't waste your money.

Recommend you AVOID this company.

Ordered two pillows before the Christmas cutoff for guaranteed delivery. Never arrived and have received no contact and update since order was placed.

False advertising.

Have contacted them twice using the online contact us form. No response. Customer service is nonexistent.

Have seen quite a few one star reviews left in December which is some comfort but is not acceptable.

Regret ordering.

Great service

So comfortable and a game changer on long haul flights which I do frequently. Easy to put on once you’ve got the knack. Will easily fit into your hand luggage unlike other bulky options.
Would highly recommend this product which came within days of ordering.

I found the design to be too limited. My head kept slipping off forward . And, yes. I did try and tighten it, raise the neck cloth …
In the end I gave up and used it for my lower back.

I had an issue with the product received and raised a replacement request immediately as the fabric on the product was ripped and had a hole in it, but nobody responded to that, it has been over 2 weeks already and obviously nobody cares so 1 star.

We received the Trtl quickly and have enjoyed using it. The only downside side is that it supports the neck on one side only

I was looking forward to using the travel neck pillow on our trip to Australia. Very disappointed as it is not easy to wrap around your neck in limited space. Moved around so didn't support your head. They are pricey items and didn't see one other person on the flight using it. Reverted to airline pillow!

Really is disappointing all round after so much anticipation for it.

Me and my girlfriend received one each for Christmas for a year long backpacking.

- not the easiest thing to pack
- cheap build and extremely overpriced for what is just a next brace
- kind of stops head falling to the side, but not really, definitely doesn’t stop head rolling forward. Actually laughable videos in all situations on bus plan train.

Reached out for a refund and questions around the 50 day mark, because it was a gift and I’m not the buyer I was just dismissed. My grandparents who bought it are over 85 and aren’t in a position to contact them themselves.

Just avoid, cheaply made, hugely overpriced and quite useless.

Only half of my order arrived. Had to follow up and advise if the error. But customer serbice was responsive. The product itself feels like a rigid neck brace. Not sure it will be the most comfortable product for long haul.

My order got lost in the post. I contacted the Trtl team and the sent me a replacement straight away.
And of course, when they arrived my neck support was just what I needed! Great product and great service. Thanks Trtl!

We received our travel pillows in a few days. Quality of pillow is very good. Not had a chance to use them, as we’re waiting to use them on our flight.
