Stay away I’m really disappointed with my…
Shocked at the response I had worse company ever I’m really disappointed with my experience with Mallet London.
I received a pair of their trainers as a gift, and after very minimal use, they developed a clear fault with part of the shoe coming away. This is not what you would expect from a premium brand.
I contacted customer services and provided photos, but because I don’t have proof of purchase (the person who bought them has sadly passed away), they have refused to offer any replacement or repair. The only option given was a discount to buy another pair—which I don’t feel is acceptable for a faulty product.
I understand policies around receipts, but in exceptional circumstances like this, I would have expected a more reasonable and compassionate approach. Instead, they have relied strictly on policy and declined to take responsibility for what is clearly a manufacturing issue.
Very disappointing customer service and not what I would expect from a brand like Mallet London.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Upon reviewing the communication between you and our Customer Services department, we are completely satisfied with how they have handled the complaint.
While we understand the situation and sympathise with your concerns, without proof of purchase, we are unable to verify where and when the items were bought, or the price paid. As our products are sold through multiple stockists across the UK, the evidence of the sale is essential. We are, of course, fully aware of why this could not be produced. Additionally, it is important to remember that the contract of sale exists between the purchaser and the seller, rather than the recipient of the gift.
As previously explained, the item is from our Autumn/Winter 2019 range and is therefore several years old. However, having reviewed the images provided, our team acknowledged that they appear to be in fair condition. On this basis, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered a fairly reasonable discount code for a future purchase. We understand that this offer was declined by you.

unfortunately i couldn't get a refund for the Christmas present that i bought early enough November to i could actually afford t pay it for Christmas for my son - he hated the trainers and i wanted to exchange them, not even want a refund - I couldn't get either - unbelievable -so now i am stuck with a pair of very expensive unwanted trainers - i will never ourchas from mallet again

The returns policy at this time was 30 days (from the day the goods are delivered) which was stated on our terms and conditions. After this time, the portal will not work.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused but we do encourage customers to check the returns policy to ensure it suits their needs before placing an order.

Love love love! The only negative I have is that the women’s colours of the dip are better than the men’s and women’s only go up to size 8 and I’m a size 9 so make women’s bigger or better/more men’s colours

We have two choices for shipping: home delivery (pin code) or pick up shop (QR code).
For home delivery, which is what you selected when you placed the order, we use DPD tracked secure pin code service. You will find this information on both your order confirmation and on our website: https://mallet.com/pages/online-returns-and-deliveries
The pin code & tracking number are sent four times in total to the customer on both email and SMS: the day the order leaves the warehouse and again on the hour slot the following working day. The code has to be given to the driver to complete the delivery. If the delivery fails, you must reschedule within 24 hours via the DPD website, otherwise it will be returned to us for a refund minus the postal costs as we have shipped correctly and given you all the information needed for you to be available to accept the delivery.

Very poor service
Not happy with the surface still waiting for someone to collect my shoes and exchange them for the right size.
Add having to pay £4.99 foreign exchange on a different size when it should be free, how ridiculous is that.
So now I just want a full refund.
