Two beautiful charms which look lovely on my bracelet. Excellent service too. Will definitely use again. Thank you Malden Jewellery.
Reakcja na opinię
Ordered 4 unique silver charms, all were as pictured and arrived in good time. Appreciate the great selection - they are getting increasingly hard to source and Maldon had some quite unusual charms.

Over and Above
I ordered a unique pendant for my Neice from Malden jewellery. I needed it in a rush and the gentleman jeweller did everything he could to accommodate my request. He even made time to solder a different attachment onto the pendent so that it could fit on my neice’s Pandora bracelet and posted it especially so it would reach us on time. I will definitely be shopping at Malden jewellery again both for the quality of the jewellery and for the wonderful, kind service. Thank you

Oh, thank you.
I am glad it was well received and everything went well.
With Special Delivery, it's usually delivered the next working day.
The bead fittings are great as they will fit most Pandora Moments bracelets and allow us to convert most of our 5000+ silver charms to accommodate.
Once again, many thanks for the review and stars and we look forward to helping again in the future
Kind regards Simon

Hello,
That's great news that it arrived safe and sound in Sweden.
I am glad it was fast as sometimes there can be a little delay as Post Nord process and customs.
We seem to get many orders from Sweden, especially via Fruugo, which is a great marketplace!
Thank you again and take care
Kind regards Simon

Thank you so much for the review.
I can't quite work out who you are from the orders but as always, thank you for the review and 5 stars.
We try to keep the prices as low as possible but in this day and age, it's getting more and more difficult, but we always try.
Kind regards Simon

Thank you so much for your kind words.
We do try to make sure that everything works out and mostly, it does.
I photographed ALL 5000+ sterling silver charms, myself, with extra ones of every product against a ruler.
It's always tricky taking photos of silver but the results aren't too bad, and fairly lifelike, although we have to remove the background due to Amazon rules on the main photo B-)
If you ever need to see a different angle photographed or maybe a charm on a different fitting like a Pandora Fitting or a lobster clip for Thomas Sabo bracelets, then just let us know and we will do our best. It can take longer during busy times, especially during December.
Anyway, thank you again
Kind regards Simon
Prompt and Polite service
Contacted the company by email and they got straight back to me- really helpful and they put my order in the post the same day- my friends were delighted with the charms I gave them

That's fantastic to hear and thank you so much for the review.
I know you needed eight and sadly we only had seven, but they are being made as we speak and I will try to let you know when they arrive.
I must ask, if you don't mind, the reason for the Tart / Pie charms?
Is it a "Great British Bake Off" themed event or do they have some other meaning?
Anyway, don't feel obliged to reply B-)
Kind regards SImon

Excellent Service
We buy our daughter a charm for her bracelet every year and almost always end up buying from Maldon as they have such a wide range of charms. Customer service is also excellent.

Thank you very much for the glowing review.
We do have a lot of charms at around 5000+ now but saying that, we don't have everything.
Someone asked the other day for a deep sea fish silver charm, with a photo. Unfortunately, none of our manufacturers made that one, although we have asked them for the future!
Anyway, take car and please let us know if we can ever help
Kind regards Simon

Hello and thank you so much for the review and stars.
I have to admit, I think that's the first time I have seen "Decent Admin" in a review. B-)
But, if you're happy then I am happy too.
I just took a look at all the orders you have placed too.
Thank you so much.
Under that email address, they seem to go back to 2017.
Anyway, if we can ever assist then please send us an email.

Thank you so much for the review and the messages, pre order.
I am slowly trying to adapt the website so that you can select the fitting from the product page but it appears to be more of a challenge than I realised!
So in future, you should be able to select Pandora fitting or Thomas Sabo fitting etc.
Anyway, many thanks again
Kind regards Simon

Hello,
thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am glad you are happy. The charm you ordered always makes me smile when I pack them.
I wonder what has happened to make a person buy the charm. A calamity, a DIY job gone wrong or something else.
If you want to, and appropriate, it would be great to hear.
Take care
Kind regards SImon

Thank you so much for the review and of course the stars!
I am glad you found the website easy to use. It is a lot better since the update, but of course could always be better.
I am also happy you used the FREE soldering service with the lobster clip and should keep the charm a lot safer now the connecting ring is soldered.
Many people use this to have a Pandora fitting attached to our 5000+ charms.
Thank you again
Kind regards Simon
