Hello and thank you for the reviews as well as the orders that appear back to 2019!
You had a quite a mixed selection of charms on the last order, but I suppose that's one of the great things, that you can usually find a charm to suit someone's, hobbies or personality or job etc
We are always searching for different charms and new suppliers so, let us know if there's something you are looking for.

Kind regards Simon

Thank you so much for the review.
When we first got that charm, many, many, years ago, I did wonder who would be buying it. But it's been a winner for many years now.
I don't think anyone has ever told me the reason behind their purchase of it, so I am intrigued!! B-)

Anyway, if you want to share, great, if not, no problem.

Take care
Kind regards SImon

Hello,
Thank you so much for the review.
I am glad you were happy with the price and the charm itself.
I am sorry Royal MAil took so long to deliver, and I wish they didn't describe the service as RM48 as it certainly didn't take 48 hours!!

RE The pricing.
A lot of our prices are still from before the silver price spiked at the start of 2025.
Stock ordered since then has certainly escalated!

Anyway, thank you again
Kind regards Simon

Hello,
thank you so much for taking the time to leave the review.
I am glad you got what you wanted.
The product fitting options for charms have been great compared to our last website, so now, you click on the bead fitting for Pandora and we convert the charm and solder the fitting.

If you are making a horror themed bracelet then we do have other charms to fit that theme, or if it is for its actual intended visual use, we have lots of chef style charms from hats to carrots and cakes!! and of course, all can be converted to a bead fitting for a Pandora Moments bracelet.

Thank you again
Kind regards Simon

Hello,
Well, I am glad it was a good surprise!!
We always hope that shopping and receiving items will be a pleasant experience. Most of the time it is, and we try to make sure that what you see is most of the time, what you get.

RE Variety.
Yes, we have somewhere in excess of 5000+ different sterling silver charms. From your baby charms to clothing charms and Aircraft charms to metal detector charms. There's something to suit most people!

RE super speedy delivery.
We try to be honest about the delivery times and most of the time they are within the timescales, but occasionally Royal Mail does something strange and it can take a little longer.

RE Communication.
I think all we did was send auto emails when there was a change in the order status and probably one or two from Royal Mail, but I always think better to have too much communication than none at all.

That said, if we can ever help in the futrure then please let us know
Kind regards Simon

Thank you so much for the review.

Just a couple of notes.
You mentioned being 2 week delivery.
Usually Royal Mail 2nd class mail can be anywhere from 1 day to 10 days plus. Due to the value of the order, we upgraded to Tracked 48, which can be a little quicker, so I am glad it was.

One other thing was that you selected the option to NOT solder the jump ring of the charm. As you purchased a chain as well, I wondered if the charm was to go on the chain. I reached out by email to clarify, but did not get a reply, so I left it as per order and did not solder the ring. If the charm is going on the chain then I would recommend getting the ring of the charm soldered to ensure it is as strong as possible.

If we can help any further then please reach out.
Kind regards
Simon

Thank you so much for the review.
I am so glad you are happy with the charm.
I sense a theme going on, based on the other order back in 2024, possibly decorating ?

B-)

Anyway.
Take care and just in case you are looking for other decorating themed charms, we do have paint brush charms as well as another paint can with a brush and I am sure a few other charms will also spring to mind.

Well, I hope you don't mind me saying that you may be our oldest customer, although I could stand to be corrected.
I have just looked at your details and 2012 appears to be the first order.
WOW, thank you.
I hope the new website is a little better than some of the previous ones you will have seen over the years!!

Take care and please let us know if we can ever help

Thank you so much for the stars and review.
I was just taking a quick look at what you purchased!

Yes, that's a very popular charm, especially at this time of year.
I do hope it brings you happy memories of a great time. With the exceptional weather we have been having I doubt you had to resort to being stuck inside due to rain and playing board games!!!!

Take care

Thank you so much for the review and stars!
We do try to help where we can and I am still looking for more charms on your theme and if I do manage to get some I will try to let you know.

We do have a pretty good range of charms at 5000+ plus, but as you have discovered, we don't have everything!!

RE efficiency.
Most orders Monday to Friday placed before 10am UK Time, we are able to dispatch the same day. Why such an early time, some people ask. It's because Royal Mail collects from us FROM 12PM, so we have to be ready.

Anyway, thank you again and please let us know if we can ever help

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave the review.
It is always appreciated.
Yes we have quite a few charms. Around 5000+ now, so a fair few to choose from.
That said, we don't have everything, so if you can't see what you are looking for then please let us know and we can have a think as to whether we can get it, or maybe an alternative.

Thank you again

Thank you so much for the review and I hope that something has been lost in translation as you mentioned "I love the issues" B-)
Hopefully that means you liked the charms and there weren't any issues, but if there were, please let us know!

Anyway, take care and hopefully the EU will sort out their customs MESS and we can start shipping to our customers in the EU again!

Kind regards Simon

Hello,
thank you for your honest review.
We do try to convey the sizes of the charms by photographing against a ruler multiple times. On this charm there are 4 images, the first being the main image and then 3 further images showing the dancing shoes next to a ruler in various positions.
Your order was via ebay and the cost of the charm on ebay was £20.99. This included ebay's commission which is currently around 15% and their various taxes and vat and also shipping to you.
=====================
Ebay Final Value Fee
Variable percentage · Jewellery & Watches category
-£3.13
Rate for £0.00 - £1,000.00
£20.99 x 14.9% = -£3.13
Regulatory operating fee
Applies to total amount of sale £20.99
-£0.07
Rate £20.99 x 0.35% = -£0.07
Total fees for item
-£3.20
Final Value Fee
Per order fixed amount · Order total £10.01+

On our website the charm was £16.99 including postage, as we do not have to give ebay any commission or their other "GREEN" fees for our own website orders. We also have to pay ebay a fee of £75.00 per month for their "Featured" store.
One other thing with the shoes charm you purchased is that we solder the connecting ring that connects the two shoes together.

I did take a look at the "The Silver Bath Shop" and it appears that we share ONE of their suppliers.

https://www.thesilvershopofbath.co.uk/?s=charm&post_type=product

Looking at a few comparisons
Bagpipes charm = £19.95
https://www.thesilvershopofbath.co.uk/product/sterling-silver-bagpipes-charm-2/

our link
https://www.maldonjewellery.co.uk/music-silver-charms/bagpipes-sterling-silver-charm-925-x-1-scottish-scotland-charms/?searchid=4818&search_query=bagpipes

£13.99

So apx £6.00 cheaper on our site.

next was a sheep charm
https://www.thesilvershopofbath.co.uk/product/sterling-silver-sheep-charm/

https://www.maldonjewellery.co.uk/sheep-and-lambs-silver-charms/sheep-sterling-silver-charm-925-x-1-lambs-rams-sheeps-charms/?searchid=4819&search_query=sheep

Our charm is £18.99 at the time of writing and their charm is £22.95

Lastly
https://www.maldonjewellery.co.uk/aeroplanes-planes-airplanes-silver-charms/biplane-bi-plane-aircraft-sterling-silver-charm-925-x1-aeroplane-charms/?searchid=4827&search_query=bi-plane

vs

https://www.thesilvershopofbath.co.uk/product/sterling-silver-plane-charm/

Their one is £0.04 cheaper than ours.

So, yes, in comparison to ebay then their prices are less, but compared to our website then for the majority of charms it looks like they are more expensive.

Lastly, adding one to my TSS of Bath basket, they add a price of £1.95 for shipping.

Another thing of note is that they use the suppliers stock photos and no photos against a ruler. Their only mention of size is one line in the description some with Height and Width and some with just one measurement.

Due to the surge in the silver price around the start of 2025, we have had to increase our prices of new stock. That particular shoe charm is sourced from an overseas supplier and sadly the shipping costs from outside the UK with insurance and import duty and exchange rates, all increase the prices of imported items.

Lastly, as per UK laws, if you don't like most items purchased online, you have the rights to return the items for a refund, and we would urge anyone to return an item that they are not happy with.

If we can ever help then please let us know. We get messages from customers that ask us about the size of charms and when we point to the extra images, they usually thank us saying they just hadn't seen them.

I hope we can help in the future
Kind regards Simon
