Ordered 4 unique silver charms, all were as pictured and arrived in good time. Appreciate the great selection - they are getting increasingly hard to source and Maldon had some quite unusual charms.

Odpowiedź od Maldon Jewellery Co
Hello, thank you for the review. I am glad you like the charm. It's good to see the languages on the website were used. Sadly, the new website does not have that feature, so we are looking at google to translate the site. If you get any issues on the new site then please let us know and we will try to help, but so far it's behaving (touch wood we say here for luck).
Kind regards Simon

I never realised the good old cucumber charm would attract as much attention as it has. For our US customers, it's the pickle and our UK customers it's the cucumber!
I see you had the one with the lobster clip.
Glad you liked it, it's certainly a good solid charm!
We do have other charms too, from the good old carrot charms to the broccoli charm, as well as an onion charm!!
Thank you again for the review.
Kind regards Simon

Thank you for the review and stars. Lovely to have another German customer.
I hope you liked the charm.
It's great to see you used the options to have the traditional charm but with a soldered link.
We have the same options on the new website so hopefully the same if you wish to purchase more.
Tajke care
Kind regards Simon

Thank you so much for the review and stars.
RE Prices.
They are still at the prices when we bought the charms, which is great for those purchased 6 months prior. As many will have seen, the silver and gold prices are going through the roof, due to world market instability and possibly the yellow / orange man in America, and I don't mean Homer Simpson. B-) I'd love to see a conversation between those two and who is more articulate!
Anyway, thank you so much again.
Kind regards Simon

Hopefully the new website will be just as easy to use, maybe, easier and quicker too.
Take care and thank you again

Yes, we have over 5000+ sterling silver charms
Yes, we try to make the photos as clear as possible.
RE fittings Yes, most of our charms are traditional with a jump ring and with the fitting selector, you can choose a bead fitting for most Pandora Moments bracelets or for a Thomas Sabo a 9mm lobster clip fits most.
Once again, many thanks

Wow, are you sure you are leaving the review for the correct company B-).
I hope so.
Thank you so much.
I think I do remember you, but around Christmas, my brain starts to get a little fuzzy.
It's always quicker ordering online, but if we can assist by phone then we will try. The only thing we can't do is take your money over the phone. What we NEVER want, is your card details over the phone. We want everything to be as secure as possible, so if we take an order over the phone, then we will send an electronic invoice via email with a secure link to either paypal or Stripe. This way, we never get to see your card details.
Anyway, I have whittered on long enough as usual.
Thank you again
Kind regards Simon

Thank you very much for the stars and review.
I am glad you like the charm.
Most orders placed before 10am are dispatched the same day Monday to Friday. After that time we do try but it's not always possible.
Thank you again and if you require any other musical instrument charms, we have MANY.
Kind regards Simon

Ahhhh, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Just looking back at our conversation. It's never easy with the different charm fittings on amazon. I wish they had a fitting selector that we could use as we have on our website, but nothing yet. Still, you found the website and ordered with the bead fitting and soldering, so all was good in the end.
Take care and thank you again

B-) Hello, and lovely to hear from you again.
Sorry we couldn't help with the Capybara charm. I hope you managed to find one somewhere. I will keep a look out for the future just in case.
Take care and I await your next whatsapp message.
Kind regards
Simon
Beautiful silver charms!
The items were exactly like described on the website. Beautiful silver charms!
Delivery at our doorstep was sooner than we expected.
Navigating the website was easy, though it took some time to get used to the filtering method.
The charms are now part of a necklace, steadily growing larger.
Maldon Jewellery is highly recommended!

Thank you so much for the detailed review.
I photographed every one of the 5000+ sterling silver charms, so you will see the photography from the earlier ones not QUITE so good. I blame the technology at the time and not the operator!!. I try NOT to use filters and adjust the images too much as it makes them feel NOT real, if that makes sense. I want the charm to look presentable but real, so that what you see on screen is what you will receive or pretty close to it.
RE The website.
We have changed website host and now have LESS control, which means that most things should work better! The filters are gone but the product options are present and should work through MUCH testing and very late nights.
I am glad your necklace is filling up and of course, the joy is that once it is full, you can start on another. Maybe you will end up looking like MR T (From the A-Team)
Thank you again.
Kidn regards Simon
