Ordered 4 unique silver charms, all were as pictured and arrived in good time. Appreciate the great selection - they are getting increasingly hard to source and Maldon had some quite unusual charms.

Hello again.
It was no problem at all.
I only noticed that one of your charm selections DIDN'T have the option to solder the jump ring, so I contacted you!!
I would say "it's not rocket science", but maybe it is the equivalent these days!!
Anyway, I'm glad you are happy and enjoying the charms.
Take care
Simon
Great feedback on enquiries

Hello again.
I had to delve deeper into our conversations.
I do wish we could have separated the multi part charms!
Thank you again for the order as well as the review.
Kind regards Simon
Such great customer service
Such great customer service. I was buying a charm bracelet and charm as a surprise anniversary present and didn't really know much about them. They went above and beyond, sending me photos of different chain styles next to the charm i wanted, as well as providing advice on style and where to put the charm. They were incredibly responsive on email
My partner was thrilled with the gift. Will absolutely shop from here again.

Hello,
thank you so much for the review.
It's so difficult in this internet age to try and visualise what items look like together. So, now, I do try to photograph together so that people can get a better idea of size and what items will look like together.
So if you want to know what a snail charm looks like with a fox charm or a chain necklace with a wolf pendant, then let me know the references or links and I'll try my best!!
Kind regards Simon

Hello,
thank you so much for the reviews.
It's great that you liked the service and that the order arrived on time.
Of course, I do hope that the chain was liked, too as that one was a nice solid quality.
Take care

You're very welcome.
It works both ways!
You might be looking for a cat charm and not see the correct breed, and I might search for a different term in the search, and hey presto, it's found. With 5000+ charms you would think that it might be easy to find what you are looking for but search for DOG and you will be scrolling through pages and pages!!
That said, if you ever need any help then please just reach out and I'll try!
Kind regards Simon

Thank you so much for the review.
I was looking back at the previous order you placed back in 2022.
Hopefully this one was a little quicker than the 2 weeks Royal Mail took to deliver that one!!
Thank you again and please let me know if we can ever help
Kind regards Simon
Great service and very good product.
Great service from a very pleasant employee who answered my emails immediately and sorted out my problem very quickly. Have been buying silver charms for many years and always delighted with the standard.

Thank you so much for the review, BUT, be careful.
What some see as a bit of fun can turn into a habit and dare I use the word, an "Addiction".
We have a specialist program for people spiralling, to limit the number of charms they can buy.
(Sorry, I couldn't resist that last comment).
You go for it and buy as many charms as you want!
Thank you again.
Kind regards Simon
Superb item and service in all areas

Hello again and thank you for the review and stars.
I had to refresh my ageing brain as to the conversations between us!
It was no problem at all. We would always prefer customers ask questions before buying, so you can make an informed decision, or as informed as possible.
Anyway, I am glad everything worked out and of course, just let us know if we can ever help
Kind regards

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I was just looking at all the orders you have placed, so thank you again!
We try to dispatch as quickly as possible, so as long as we have an order by 10am (UK TIME) then it should be dispatched the same working day. We try after that time but as Royal Mail collect from 12PM, please order as early as possible.
Kind regards Simon
Really good quality charm bracelet…
Really good quality charm bracelet accessories. Great that they offer soldered fixings. Proper jewellers, not just box shifters.

I'm not sure how many reviews of yours I have replied to now, so I hope I am not repeating myself.
Thank you for taking the time to write the reviews and I am glad you like the, SHHHHHHH (train locomotive charm). Believe me, if we could get away with associating it with Harry Potter, we would, but we can't, so we won't. It's lovely to read what imagery is brought into people's minds from the charms they receive!
Take care
Kind regards Simon
Great!
Pendant was sent to NL very quickly. Packaging was very good and communication was too. Will be ordering again.

Wow.
Delivery on the 18th of December for an order placed on the 15th December using second class is amazing at that time of year. I have to hand it to Royal Mail, that when it goes well, it's an amazing service! Let's leave that there!
Thank you so much for taking the time to write the review.
It is very much appreciated
