Two beautiful charms which look lovely on my bracelet. Excellent service too. Will definitely use again. Thank you Malden Jewellery.

Ordered 4 unique silver charms, all were as pictured and arrived in good time. Appreciate the great selection - they are getting increasingly hard to source and Maldon had some quite unusual charms.

Hello,
thank you so much for the review and stars!
I can't quite remember the query (it's me age you know!)
It might have been the product options playing up again.
Just for the future, we will be moving websites AGAIN, in January.
Something that doesn't get, or is less likely to be, affected by timeouts and chinese bots and other issues we have faced!!!
Anyway, I hope you have a lovely Christmas and Great New Year
Long delivery but good products
Ecco la traduzione in inglese britannico:
I purchased some charms. The items arrived in good order, well packaged. They are free from defects and the photos on the website were accurate. They are well made. A reliable website. Recommended.
Delivery in about 20 days, no option for faster delivery.
From Italy.

Hello,
thank you for the feedback and the review.
Couriers are the bane of my life. Their promises seldom reflect real life and I try to convey that in my delivery times.
You selected Royal Mail for delivery to Italy, and their AIM would be 5 days, I believe, but reality is around 2-3 weeks!
Looking at the details, the order was received on Tuesday 16th September around 11PM. Wednesday 17th September, we processed, soldered clips and packaged it, and was collected by Royal Mail around 12pm.
From there, it flew to Italy and was held by Italian customs from 23rd September and released on the 29th and final delivery on the 30th.
I wish I could find a quicker affordable courier.
Around a week in customs is ghastly, but that is the reality, unfortunately.
Sorry for the trouble.
Kind regards Simon
Fantastic 5* personal service.
Simon has been fantastic! Helping me sort out a charm chain and exchanging charms when I ordered the wrong size and soldering the lobster clips when I ordered them separately. He made it all so easy and nothing was too much trouble. He now has a customer for life!

I don't even need to look up who you are B-)
It was no problem to help out.
Amazon can be a pain in the "Neck" sometimes. They have adverts on every page and, well I could go on forever and a day!
On the website, you can choose the fittings on each product page.
Anyway, at the end of the day, we both worked together and got there in the end!! When there's a dialogue, it's not a problem.
I hope all is good with you and your family now and hope to help again soon.
Kind regards Simon
PS thank you for the review B-)

Hello,
thank you very much for taking the time to write the review.
I am glad you liked the silver charm.
RE Pricing
It is getting more and more difficult to keep the prices moderate due to the ever-increasing silver price.
Looking at the data it is the highest price since their data set started in 1973!!!
That's frightening.
Anyway, take care
