Ordered 4 unique silver charms, all were as pictured and arrived in good time. Appreciate the great selection - they are getting increasingly hard to source and Maldon had some quite unusual charms.

Fantastic, thank you so much for the review. I am glad you like the "Ciondolo in argento sterling procione .925 x 1 ciondoli procioni". We have now also added the option for 11mm lobster clips, just in case some want a clip a little longer in the future.
Thank you again

Wonderful, thank you.
Thank you also for the large order. I am glad it arrived quickly as sometimes the USA can get delays, depending on what the president's policies are, which can change by the hour B-)
Take care

Thank you for the stars and review!
I am glad you like the range of charms.
We have over 5000+ and, on the website, you can select from bead fitting for Pandora Moments bracelets as well as lobster clips for Thomas Sabo bracelets.
Of course, not forgetting the traditional charm fitting of the good old jump ring.
I am glad you found the website easy to use. Some have commented that it is complicated, and recently we were suffering from long page loads, which have been fixed for the most part!
Take care
Kind regards Simon

Thank you for your review. I am glad you liked the heart pendant.
Those pendants have quite a large opening, so a multitude of chains should go through it.
Thank you again

The sewing machine charm was beautiful, arrived quickly and looked great in its gift box which I also ordered. It was intended as a gift and the recipient was delighted - I might have to order one for myself now!

Hello,
thank you so much for the stars and review.
I am glad you and the recipient were both happy.
Since we managed to find an OPTIONS addon for the website, you can select the box and / or organza bag per product.
As well as that, you can also select fittings for the charm, like the bead fitting for Pandora as well as Clip fittings for Thomas Sabo charm bracelets.
Thank you again
Kind regards

Lovely to hear from our Swedish customers and I am glad you are happy with the charms and delivery.
We tried adapting the website to be more multi lingual, so I hope that helped, as well as multiple currencies too.

Thank you so much for the review.
I am glad you are happy with the charm.
You would think we have most charms, and we have a lot at 5000+, but not everything. Sometimes we get a request that none of our suppliers have, and we do forward the ideas on in the hope they will create at dome point in the future!
Anyway, thank you again and I am glad we could help.
Kind regards regards
Simon

Excellent service from this company
Excellent service from this company. Would not hesitate to use them again. They went out of their way to help me and to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Even to the point of attaching two charms back to back for me. Very reasonable price and a great service.

I wasn't sure who you were and then looked at the order and it all came flooding back!!
B-)
I am glad you liked the charm.
It wasn't as perfect as I would have liked, but I am glad I found a jump ring small enough to go through the woven section at the base and solder together. It should hold the two halves fairly steady.
Thank you again.
Any order is always appreciated.
Kind regards Simon
Good all round!

Hello,
thank you so much for taking the time to leave the review. I do try to over estimate the delivery times, just in case, and for most, they do arrive a little earlier, although you can never be too sure!!
I am glad you are happy with everything, but please let us know if we can ever help.

Very glad I found Maldon Jewellery Co.
I ordered quite a few silver charms & was very pleased with them when they arrived. The quality is fantastic & the price is very competitive. Simon was very helpful & organised my delivery at short notice to suit me & it arrived before Christmas. I still need a few more charms & will definitely be using Maldon Jewellery Co. again.

Hello,
it's lovely to read your review, thank you.
It wasn't difficult to hold the order back for a few days.
As you probably saw in your quest to buy the charms, there are a "FEW" thousand more to choose from, so hopefully there will be something to suit.
Of course, if we can help then please let us know.
Take care, and I should have started with, thank you so much for the order!!!
Kind regards Simon
