Two beautiful charms which look lovely on my bracelet. Excellent service too. Will definitely use again. Thank you Malden Jewellery.
Reakcja na opinię
Ordered 4 unique silver charms, all were as pictured and arrived in good time. Appreciate the great selection - they are getting increasingly hard to source and Maldon had some quite unusual charms.

Very glad I found Maldon Jewellery Co.
I ordered quite a few silver charms & was very pleased with them when they arrived. The quality is fantastic & the price is very competitive. Simon was very helpful & organised my delivery at short notice to suit me & it arrived before Christmas. I still need a few more charms & will definitely be using Maldon Jewellery Co. again.

Hello,
it's lovely to read your review, thank you.
It wasn't difficult to hold the order back for a few days.
As you probably saw in your quest to buy the charms, there are a "FEW" thousand more to choose from, so hopefully there will be something to suit.
Of course, if we can help then please let us know.
Take care, and I should have started with, thank you so much for the order!!!
Kind regards Simon

thank you for the review.
I just took a look back at the details and messages and I am glad the charms and chain arrived safe and sound.
As they were dispatched halfway through December, it's always an unknown with the postal services.
I am glad all was good and please let us know if we can ever assist in the future
Kind regards Simon
Really quick service.

Thank you so much for the review.
I am glad the charms arrived quickly, especially as it was at the start of December. At that time of year, you can never really be sure as to the speed of the post service.
I do hope you liked the charms too! We have a number of different shark charms from the big old Great Whites to the Hammer Heads and Whales too.
Take care
Kind regards
Simon

Hello and thank you for leaving the 5 star review.
I am glad you like the jewellery.
Every time I hear the name of the item you purchased I think of the Sound of Music (The Movie).
I wouldn't say it's my favourite film but I've certainly seen it in to double figures over the years!
Anyway, thank you again and have a great 2025
Kind regards Simon
Great Experience and products

Hello,
thank you so much for the review.
I am glad you liked the earrings. They are a little different and when I pondered making the charm in to earrings, I thought "yes", they should be a talking point!
Take care and please let us know if we can ever help.
If you or anyone out there would like any of our 5000+ sterling silver charms to be converted into earrings then please send a us a message and for the most part it should be achievable.
Kind regards Simon
Excellent.
Excellent customer service, prompt delivery, and, thanks to “going the extra mile”, I now have exactly what I had been looking for. Perfect. Many thanks.

Hello,
I am glad you are happy with the Racing Car charm.
There are a few F1 enthusiasts out there and some wear as a pendant while others put on their charm bracelet.
We do also convert them to the good old Pandora Moments bracelets using a converter, too.
Thank you again and hope you have a great 2025 and beyond!
Kind regards Simon

Hello,

A few years ago, deliveries to Sweden seemed to be taking over a MONTH!!!!, but now their processing at PostNord appears to have improved and they are much quicker, which is great for everyone.
Thank you for taking the time to leave the review!
Wishing you a fantastic 2025 and please let us know if we can help in the future.

Silver dreidl charm
I've bought my daughter lots of different charms from Maldon for her charm bracelet and they are always fabulous. This one was a dreidl for Hanukah and it is a perfect miniature.

We had to rename that one to car badge charm as we are not allowed to call it a Volkswagen badge charm.

Wow, about 8 days from UK to Aus is pretty quick in my experience.
Our Australian customers have told us it seems to depend on their location as to how long the delivery can take.
For some, they have told us a week and a few as long as a month, which isn't as great.
Anyway, I am glad your delivery was fairly quick.
Thank you again and I hope you have a lovely Christmas
Kind regards Simon

Item as described, fast delivery , lovely detailed quality of pendant, would buy again

Buon Natale

I am glad you think the charms are as described, it's how we try to do it.
We photograph and describe it and you buy it based on the details before you.
There's nothing worse than receiving something that looks nothing like the advertisement.
Please take care and have a Merry Christmas.

Hello and thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review.
Looking at your message:-
Lovely - Sometimes
Independent - Definitely
Small - Most definitely
We do try hard to ensure everything runs smoothly, from communication to dispatch, and most of the time it does B-)
We much prefer someone to ask questions, whether it be about hallmarking or the size of a charm or its suitability for engraving etc.
Anyway, I am glad all has been without problem "SO FAR" (You never know with any company B-))
Take care and Merry Christmas.
Kind regards Simon
