Two beautiful charms which look lovely on my bracelet. Excellent service too. Will definitely use again. Thank you Malden Jewellery.
Reakcja na opinię
Ordered 4 unique silver charms, all were as pictured and arrived in good time. Appreciate the great selection - they are getting increasingly hard to source and Maldon had some quite unusual charms.

a lucky charm
I lost a lucky charm that I had worn for years and thought it was too obsolete to ever see one again but you had one and I am happy again. Thanks.

Hello,
thank you so much for the review and stars.
This is a more unusual style aircraft so I am glad we could help you. That manufacturer has been around for many many years so it is likely the original may have been made by the same company.
I hope you keep this one for a good many years to come but if you do ever need a variety of aircraft then we have many from Biplane silver charms to space shuttle charms as well as Concorde silver charms!
Take care and please let us know if we can ever assist.
Kind regards SImon
Excellent range of charms
Excellent range of charms, bracelets, which arrived quickly. Quality is very good & communication is excellent. Their website really doesn't do them justice!

Thank you so much for the kind words.
It was lovely to communicate with you and hopefully the two silver charm bracelets we supplied were what you were hoping for. As mentioned we attached the charms so they were relatively evenly spaced and in the order that you requested, as well as being soldered / micro welded for extra safety.
Thank you again.
Kind regards SImon

Hello,
I am glad everything worked out well.
There's nothing worse than when the recipient of a gift has to reluctantly tell you that they already have the item.
However, I would prefer that they are then able to get something that they will want to keep rather than hanging on to the original for politeness' sake!
Anyway, all's well that ends well.
Take care and thank you for the review.
Kind regards Simon

Thank you for the stars and the glowing review!
I just took a look at who you were and our conversation.
I don't think the Welsh would agree that I'm Welsh!! Especially with my VERY limited Welsh phrases that I manage to get wrong most of the time.
I tried to say Good Afternoon to our postie the other day, in Welsh. He shook his head, laughed and corrected me.
I'll get there one day!!
Take care

Ahhhhh, thank you for that and all the other reviews. I am glad that the cement mixer and bead fitting soldered to the charm was what you wanted.
So many customers come to us saying, "I love the XXXXX charm, but can you make it fit a Pandora bracelet or a Thomas Sabo bracelet".
With the bead fittings and the lobster trigger claps, it opens up a world of different charms which are usually a little more economical price-wise too.
Thank you again and please let us know if we can ever help in the future.
Kind regards Simon

Hello again.
Thank you for your review and I am sorry for the slow speed of delivery.
As you pointed out, it appeared to have been stuck in Paris for 2 weeks, which is terrible, so I have forwarded my complaint on to the courier.
Thank you for your patience and please let us know if we can ever help in the future.
Kind regards Simon

Thank you for the review and stars.
Looking at our email conversation, it appears the website might have crashed due to the number of items you ordered, which is our fault, so I do apologise. I will try to make the website better in the future.
I am glad you liked the charms and hope they were soldered in positions that were good for the recipient. I try to balance them around the bracelet as much as possible.
Thank you again and please let us know if we can ever help in the future.
Kind regards Simon
Nice Designs
The item arrived quickly and is as described. I bought one a few years ago from Maldon but that one had a minor defect - I was given a good discount to compensate when I raised the issue. I wanted one in better condition now so bought another. Their silver jewellery designs are lovely, often unique, and not too expensive.

Thank you so much for the review.
I was just looking back through our messages in 2017 and the trophy with a bend.
As mentioned then, all our charms supplied from companies around the world, are never perfect. Some will have slight casting marks while some like fencing foils or swords and the like, can have slight bends to them. Thank you for the order in 2023 and I hope we can help again in the future.
Kind regards Simon
Item arrived fairly promptly.

Hello,
thank you so much for the review and STARS.
The kite charm is a little more unusual than the normal cats, dogs and all those charms in between.
Did it bring back memories of flying kites as a child or was it like my memories of tangled string and the kite pirouetting into the sand?
I hope you had a great Christmas and New Year and please let us know if we can ever help

Thank you so much for the review. When you initially reached out with the quantity of the brooches, I was a little shocked and I apologise for the LONG amount of time that the manufacturer took to make them up. Hopefully, you were happy with the end result and we have more stock left if you require some more.
Once again many thanks and hope you have a great 2024!
Kind regards SImon
Great product
Great product, good delivery times, personal customer service on phone.
Only criticism is that website was glitchy and not easy to navigate. Had to resort to phone call in the end. But the phone service was great

Hello again.
Thank you for the 5 stars despite the issues with the website. I am glad everything worked out in the end.
The website is not the greatest, unfortunately, although we do our best with it. Some customers do get frustrated and head over to ebay or amazon to buy our silver charms. Saying that, many seem to have no issues and breeze through checkout. I will keep searching for an affordable solution, but in the meantime, if you do have any issues then please let us know and we will try to make it work.
Take care and Happy New Year
Kind regards Simon
