Parcel lost and replaced
First time I had an issue with them and as soon as I contacted they were super nice and replaced my parcel and added samples on top of that so great service, thanks a lot, specially to Leila!

Expérience catastrophique !! J'ai commandé pour 130€ sur leur site, moi qui pensais que c'était une boutique fiable, quelle naiveté, je suis tombé de haut quand j'ai vu les avis ! J'ai reçu ma commande complètement vide, rien à l'intérieur. Le service client ne donne plus de nouvelle après avoir sois-disant lancé une enquête !! Au début ça répond vite mais ça oublie de lire les mails tout aussi vite !!
Ce sont des escrocs ! Ne vous faites pas avoir!! Je vais d'ailleurs sûrement déposer une plainte d'ici 1 semaine si je n'ai pas de nouvelle.
MISE A JOUR : Ils confirment avoir envoyé le colis dans le bon état et donc qu'il est impossible qu'ils l'ai reçu vide. De ce fait, j'en déduis qu'ils essaient clairement de m'escroquer! ARNAQUE !!

Think twice before you order on this website
This is the worst experience ever from all the years of my online shopping. This brand is not cheap but has absolute no decency in their business nor respect to their costumer.
The status of my order was not updated for a month. I contacted their costumer service and was told that a part of my order was not in stock. Due to IT issue this was not reflected on their website and due to the missing item my order could not be shipped. So I suppose they will never ship anything and not inform their costumer when there is something wrong in their end?!
After contacting the costumer service, they refunded me the item which was out of stock. But still there was no shipment made. After another week I had to contact their costumer service again to demand them ship the rest of my order.
The nightmare continued. The package was shown as delivered by their carrier but I didn’t receive anything. Packages missing/stolen only happened to me twice in my entire life from all my online shopping experience. The other time, the website immediately refunded my order. But this time, after I reported the package was potentially stolen by the delivery guy, the website customer service did nothing. Then there were another two months passed. I couldn’t let it go because it is just not feeling right buying something without ever getting it. So I contacted their costumer service again. They asked me to file a document for missing item for the carrier, which I did.
Till now it has been 4 months after I placed my order but didn’t receive anything. This kind of thing just never happened to me before. Even small sellers on Etsy have more professional attitudes towards their costumers. This whole thing feels like a scam. Strongly recommend not to order anything if you don’t want similar experience.

Remboursement bloqué, service client inexistant
Très mauvaise expérience avec Maison Crivelli. J’ai commandé un parfum, mais j’ai dû refuser le colis car il était abîmé à la livraison. Depuis, impossible d’obtenir mon remboursement malgré plusieurs relances. Leur service client ignore totalement mes messages ou me répond vaguement sans jamais agir.
Cela fait maintenant 2 semaines que j’attends, alors que la loi impose un remboursement dans un délai raisonnable. Ils ne respectent pas leurs engagements et laissent volontairement traîner la situation.
Si vous hésitez à commander chez eux, fuyez. Une entreprise fiable aurait déjà remboursé sans problème. Je vais signaler ce litige à la Répression des Fraudes et UFC-Que Choisir.
⚠️ Attention avant d’acheter ! Si vous avez un problème, vous risquez d’être bloqué comme moi, sans aucun recours.
