I bought a perfume from Maison Crivelli all the way from the UK. They paid for the UK customs charge, instantly. I sent the DPD link and they swiftly paid and dealt with it for me. So grateful for the fast response and the kindness shown

Amazing fragrance house with great customer service.

They have some great perfumes, but I strongly advise against ordering from Maison Crivelli directly. My package was never delivered, and customer service did nothing to help or compensate me. They kept stalling, ignored my evidence, and refused a refund. This is the last time I ever order from them. Completely unacceptable how they treat paying customers.

I had an amazing experience with Maison Crivelli, and I have to give a special mention to Leila for her outstanding service. She was incredibly helpful and made the whole process feel personal and enjoyable.

The perfumes themselves are of exceptional quality, especially the parfum extrait creations, which are truly long-lasting and beautifully crafted. From start to finish, the customer care and product quality have been top tier a true 5-star experience. My favourite fragrance is Cuir
InfraRouge.

I ordered the discovery set and fell in love with Tubéreuse Astral. The projection is strong, and I plan to reward myself with a full bottle once I pass my driver’s license. The customer service has been excellent. Responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.

The customer service, in particular that from Leila was amazing. I was kept well informed and updated on my purchase. MC offered to pay the UK shipping customs charge and did so when I received the link with minutes. The quality of the products is matched by their responsiveness and customer care.

It’s great to receive such a high quality amazing smelling fragrance, but to have an outstanding customer service experience as I’ve received is what makes repeat business!

2 stars are for the quality of their fragrances otherwise it would have been one, have contacted them 3 times now over the space of 2 months, have not received 1 reply, i have ordered previously and they’ve been fine, however if you need to contact them, good luck.

A fantastic range of fragrances - worth every penny and have had so many compliments when wearing.

I am so pleased to have found Maison Crivelli and their amazing range of fragrances- it was hard to choose one and can’t wait to treat myself to more!

I was toying between Safron Secret and Eau MaracuJa- eventually choosing the latter and literally get stopped to ask what I am wearing. Yes this expensive but the fragrance lasts far longer than my usual brand.

Will definitely like to try and buy more if the range and love the sample sets that are available to help choose - Safron Secret is next on the wish list!

One thing for certain is the customer service is second to none. I purchased Hibiscus Mahajad as it was out of stock in all the online uk stockists- had a few issues over VAT but Maison Crivelli covered all the duty costs and kept me informed at every step. They replied to me straight away when I received a bill for VAT from DHL and the following day I had a further bill stating the amount was £0
Leila from Maison Crivelli was amazing and deserves a medal for all she has to deal with. This is customer service on another level, no waiting for replies for days, Leila replied to all my messages within a few hours. The perfume is stunning and the packaging is just beautiful, it came in a sturdy orange box with tissue paper all folded neatly with an emblem sticker holding it closed; i felt like I was unboxing an Hermes bag. I was also sent 5 samples of their other fragrances which was so unexpected but greatly appreciated and a great treat. Buying from the fragrance house itself is a special experience as other perfumes from this brand that I’ve purchased from other places just comes in a brown box with no free samples.
