I have been using MacX Video Convertor Pro for many years and I consider there is no other program like it.
Easy to use and at no time has it ever let me down.
Customer support has been fantastic because every now and then, I need to have my program code number changed because it's lifetime. (no questions asked)

This is a fantastic product that allows me to download appropriate documentary and other videos from YouTube and other sources, for use in teaching when there is no commercial content available, when it is difficult to access, or no longer being commercially distributed. I have used them in my classrooms for years, and will continue to do so.

I absolutely LOVE 'MacX DVD Ripper Pro'. I have been using it for years and with every update it has just got better and better. So slick and reliable and beautifully designed. The last update was the very first time ever that something went wrong. However, the customer support where swift and brilliant and with one email exchange, they had fixed the issue. Awesome support and product.

I have been a very satisfied user of MacXDVDRipper Pro, and have been using it since 2016. By way of comparison, I also have and use HandBrake and MakeMKV, but MacX DVDRipperPro is my go-to resource for converting discs because it is so reliable and versatile. It consistently turns out excellent digital encodes from DVDs including discs HandBrake can't read. The interface is easy and intuitive to use. I was motivated to write this review now, however, after a very satisfying experience with their technical support. During an attempted upgrade, something went wrong, and I could not longer launch the application or figure out how to repair it. Their technical support responded promptly with good suggestions, and after a few tries solved the problem and everything was working excellently again. I am very grateful for this patient handholding, and it speaks well of their commitment to their tools.

So far, I mainly use this app for my baby to watch language learning programs with iPad. It is very easy to use because I can quickly set the suitable ripping quality and format for each device.

I’ve used the YouTube downloader for years, but recently I had a problem with it not working after an update. I emailed support, and they worked with me until it was fixed. Great program, great support!

This is a very good software, by which you can do a lot of things (downloading youtube videos, recording screens, creating youtube video clips,...). I have been using this since years and every time I have a small issue, I get an immediate & friendly support. The software offers a lifetime license option and it you buy it, you do not need to pay extra costs for updates unlike other expensive software.
