I have been using the macx-youtube-downloader for years now and overall have had very few issues. I particularly like the fact that I can download complete playlists no matter how long, and that I can capture audio only. Quite useful. The two problems I had over the last year or so were related to upgrading my Mac to a new release of Apple software, most recently BigSur. When I submitted these to support via email I received a response within one day, and the problem was solved quickly. So I think it is a great app with a great support team.

I have been a user for many years and decided to purchase a copy for my MacBook. However, after installing it would not allow me to download videos from YouTube. After contacting support they provided me with another link that solved the issue. Great software, great support.

I am a long-time, happy user of MacX YouTube downloader. It's simple to use and quick to accomplish its task. A few days ago, after an update, the software wouldn't work. After I emailed support, they replied within a few hours with a link to another update. A few seconds later, after a swift installation, my problem was solved. Excellent software, great support—what more could one want?

Been using MacYouTube Downloader for years, and have never had an issue. Just got an update with a bug in it, where it was frozen in the Analyzing part and never progressed. I fired off an email to support, and was wondering how long it would take for a response since it's free software. Heard back in less than 8 hours. Provided Adam with a log file, and BOOM, I had a working update in a few hours. COMPLETELY impressed, and thankful because this is a great product. I'm a believer now!!! Thank you all!!

I have used the MacXDVD suite of apps for a few years now, but on a recent update I encountered a problem. I contacted their Customer Support and received a reply within 24 hours. They were able to diagnose and fix my problem immediately. I can't recommend enough both the products and the support offered by the MacXDVD team, they are a great.

Far and above the absolute best DVD ripping software for the Mac. It was fast on my 4-core Intel MacMini, but I just got an M1 and I need seatbelts! Quality is great, processes Every encryption I have come across, so far, and the damn thing simply works! I recommend this to everyone running Macs.

Adam M, not only replied promptly an advised me but enabled me to download with one click the updated software I needed. This is an uncommon experience in the country where I live and I'm still waiting (2 days later for responses from some local organisations) Hats off to this team.

Great customer service. I had a problem with a particular DVD and asked for help, which came very quickly and effectively. Couldn’t ask for better response.

I’ve used this software for many years now, and as a result, I’ve never needed to worry about viewing my favorite YouTube videos offline. The thing works like a charm, and is easy to use. And best of all, it’s FREE! Why can’t the software made by Apple and Microsoft be this easy to use?

I can't fall asleep without my ASMR, and when I'm in Cameroon like right now the internet can be hard to find and expensive, so I use MacX YouTube Downloader to download my ASMR videos from YouTube and watch them offline every night! The other day, I experienced some technical issues and the tech support was fast to reply and very friendly as well. My problem was solved in no time and I was happy to be able to watch my videos again!

I was looking for a software on MacOS for a single purpose - download a video that might disappear from YT because of it's content (free information on someone very powerful). A simple software where I'd choose (or predefine) the video and audio formats and was able to download subtitles included in the video on YT... Accidentally purchased a different software based on a review, but the support team was above&beyond and helped me out recommending the correct product and even moving my just purchased license to the new product of theirs! Oh and the software works like a charm! 5 out of 5, recommended for both the prudoct and the support!

Great customer support, I had a technical problem with my computer. Customer support were very quick to offer all they could to help with my issue suggesting things I could do to assist their tech team. A software update fixed the issue. MediaTrans is a great program glad I purchased it I can now move files as I please.

The world has so many formats and I have so little time. This program saves my day every day in ways no other has for conversions and utility.
