Bought a license to digitalize my bluray collection.
Conversion for most of them did work perfectly fine and I am happy with the quality of the ripped movies and shows.
I had an issue with 4k movie ripping and support was fast and provided a working solution.
Now I am able to backup my entire library.
Thanks again to Lily for the nice customer support.

I have EXCELLENT results with both EASE FAB VIDEO CONVERTER and DUMBOFAB!
If you want positive results dont hesitate to use these products.

Accidentally deleted the program. Downloaded again , but after a few years, and the license I was given didn't work.
Contacted support ans Shelly was right on top of the request. Shelly sent a link, re-downloaded the software and all is great now.

Shelly was great, fast response and most courteous.

...just wanted to say EaseFab is amazing, it works so well! Don't think I can remember another software that was so easy... with no problems
Finally I can get my old DVDs converted.

EaseFab Bluray Ripper is easy to use and I have been happy with it's results. When I lost the program, due to a computer system issue, the EaseFab Tech Support was very patient and helpful about getting the program re-installed. I recommend them.

I am very disappointed in this company's products. Instructions are poor and technical help is very confusing. I recommend others not to waste money on any of their products. I've tried for weeks to trim and burn a DVD, tried to backup and burn a DVD, and NOTHING WORKS for me. The feedback from support did not work either. I give up! Have asked for a refund.

Contacted EaseFab support. Shelley and her team were very responsive. They fixed the technical issue and updated the software to include the fix! Excellent service. I'm very impressed by the support team's professionalism. Give Shelley A Pay Rise, Thanks.

Easefab have offered immediate help with an installation error on my end, and their product is efficient and simple to use. Highly recommended.

I've been using their software for years and have found it very useful. They continue to provide prompt Tech Support and I would recommend it without hesitation.
It is very simple to use, (no complicated learning curve to get past). It just works.
Specifically: For my needs it is the only software I've found that recognizes the TiVo file type and converts it to either .mp4 or .mkv for editing.
If you download a video and just want the music, it will convert an .mp4 to an mp3. saving a ton of space.

Just an awful experience from day one, all issues which are ongoing after about 1 month from purchase. Instead of providing a refund after a matter of day's requesting it. I just get the T&C, as a reply, outlining's which are not as clear as the hype and glist they brandish in bold at point of sale. Pointing to their term that if the product is wrong they reserve the right to upgrade it to a product that works. Even after this their software did and does not work as of writting this review for me. They ask you to spend hours waitting for the software to run, burn and damage your blu-ray discs to get a log created. The argument that you get a trail of a few minutes to a full funtion version before buying, is irrelevant as for me the files are longer than that and only at the end of the attempted ripping does the software fail, and error message the task. When and on only 3 file copies to date, did rip they were only 50% of the title in length. I am not sure what the problem is, however, trying to get a refund appears IMPOSSIBLE! (Unless you go via your bank or credit card provider). Really upset and stressed with this from a very poor and despicable company. AVOID AT ALL COST!
UPDATE.
THE COMPANIES REPLY HERE STATES A REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. BUT THEY PRIVATELY CONTACTED ME NOW TO SAY ONLY IF REVIEW IS REMOVED (Words to that affect)! I will now just apply through my bank for refund and WILL not amend this review as I would have if refunded even after 3 times or more of requesting one!

The EaseFab Video Converter software is intuitive and powerful. It easily converted our TIVO files to mp4 files. The Batch conversion feature allowed us to convert as many files as you wanted. The software is accurate and fast!
I contacted Tech support first regarding the trial version then for another reason once I purchased the software, they responded promptly and genuinely cared. Highly recommended this software. The software price was a tremendous value!

There's lot of free stuff out there, but Easefab just works AND their support actually gets back to you. I've so far used Video Converter and DVD Ripper. I converted some LARGE H264 to H265, the quality remained perfect. They just work simply and well.

I had some proprietary codec issues when testing with the Free trial version. Got a response from customer support within 16 hours. Problem was that the codecs weren't included with my older OS version. Tried again on more current OS system and ProRes422HQ worked great. Ended up buying 5 licenses of Converter Ultimate since the software works on both my older and newer Macs, lifetime licenses are affordable, and everything installs and runs on the computer.

I purchased the EaseFab DVD Ripper based on the 3 minute sample trial. The great video quality and ease of use were it's top features in my opinion. The registration code did take a little over a day to arrive via email and I thought for a moment I may have been scammed. BUT NO - Shelley sent the code and apologized for the brief delay. Works great for a very reasonable price. Thank you!

My computer crashed and I was afraid I would lose my license. They were very quick at giving .me the correct code. Very good company service.
