I was using Easefab Lossless Copy to rip my blu-rays and DVDs to my computer. I ran into problems getting DVDs to rip properly, and contacted support. Their response was prompt, and when they couldn't solve the problem with Lossless Copy, they, unasked, gave me a free upgrade to Video Converter Ultimate, which I was unaware could also rip blu-rays. The upgraded program solved my problem, and I was able to rip the DVDs. I'm very happy with the outcome.

The support from Easyfab is excellent. After a switch to 64-bit version they simply provided a new registration code in 1 hour. I'm happily using two of their products already for over 4 years.
I did experience a technical bump in the start but this was due to automatic .iso mounting software.

Great company to do business with! Their products and customer service are both top notch! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have been using EaseFab for the past couple months to make backups of my Blu-Ray collection and store them on my NAS. I encountered a few issues along the way and wasn't expecting much in the way of support because the software wasn't terribly expensive. I opened the support ticket, they asked me to try to backup a disc again and send them the logs from the job as they requested. Instead of getting something blaming the problem on my computer or the disc, they responded with a "Thanks for the logs, we found a bug. Here's a link to the updated software. Please update and try again and let us know what happens" The update they provided resolved the issue. I know have all of our blu-ray's backed up and can stream them directly on any TV in the house w/o ever having to open a case or worry about the kids scratching one of the movies trying to put it in the blu-ray player.

Very fast support, nice and friendly

I purchased the wrong software by mistake & contacted Support who made a reply within a couple of hours, providing me with a product key for the software I meant to buy.

There was a few dollars difference, however I was not asked to pay the difference.

The software works very well. I would not have bought it otherwise.

Bought the wrong edition by mistake on my side and kindly asked for a change to another edition. They did not only that, but upgraded my software for free, even though i was willing to pay the difference of course, which should be the right course to take.

The response was also blazingly fast, which impressed me. Thank you very much!

I had two mp4 files, one at 3400 bitrate, another at 1500. The 3400 file would not play on my LG TV, it was skipping. The 1500 looked terrible. This software has premade settings depending on your tv and it had LG, so that's why I got it. It was very easy to do, it took a while because the end file ended up being like 10GB, but it converted the 3400 file to 12000, the file played just fine on the tv, and I didn't have to suffer with the low quality version.

It was easy and straightforward to work, and is not overpriced, just right I believe.

I use EaseFab Videoconverter Ultimate on a daily basis to transcode and combine the output of multiple cams to create input for Final Cut Pro X (500-1000 clips per day merged to create a single HQ video file for FCP).

The program has very comprehensive functionality with a massive number of transcoding options and is the best solution I have found to combining diverse inputs into a single file.

Worked fine for the movies I wanted to rip, including subtitles.

Terrible company. The software does not live up to the hype. I have a very powerful computer and a top of the line bluray drive and it does not rip dvds in 5 mins. I have both products Easefab lossless and the ultimate video converter. The software promise to rip 4k bluray it does not. The software works when it wants to work. Try and get a refund good luck. I just wrote it off as a loss.

I also had time to buy a new program (DVDFab DVD Ripper), in addition to other old ones, because my friend there borrowed the entire 'LOST' series for a few days.
But DVDFab turned out to be the worst, because it doesn't show Finnish subtitles at all in the ripped file - and they refuse to return my money, even though they promise in their ad... they just want to develop their program with the help of paid 'testers'.

I have the also MacX DVD Ripper Pro (too complicated to use with settings), VideoProc Converter (slow and complicated), Aimersoft Video Converter Ultimate (not support anymore, so it crashes also), Wondershare UniConverter 15 (not support the copy protected DVDs) etc. - but this your software is simple the best... very easy to use, very fast and the ripped quality is perfect, that's why I wanted you to fix the version. AND AGAIN... THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I have had the EaseFab Video Converter Ultimate (Family - 5 PCs) since the middle of February of 2024.
It has never lived up to it's hype. I have continually had problems trying to RIP even regular DVDs much less BluRay discs. It's advertised that it can RIP a DVD in 5 minutes and it would take several hours and I have an Intel7 and a 2 Terabyte hard drive.
Customer support is basically non-existent.
The software is European and its development and support is absolutely terrible.
Don't spend even $.01 on this software.

Warning support never answers. Trying to get this software to rip 3D blue rays but failed, plays 2D only on Meta Quest 3. Deleted and wrote off money.

Software is buggy and incomplete. For example, the option to render to uncompressed YUY2 produces an incorrect duration metadata field for longer programs (not a problem with the 3 minute demo limitation). This results in the output being truncated when loaded into any editing program. Secondly, the option to rip lossless to mkv is "locked" at 30 fps. Since every bluray I own is anything BUT 30 fps, this results in severe judder on the output file. Since I have blurays at 23.98, 24, 25 and 50 fps, I ended up having to write a bat file to launch this program which changes the relevant template xml file so that the correct frame rate (whatever it happens to be) is encoded. I cannot believe this program made it to version 5.8 with a massive shortcoming like this. Having to dig under the bonnet should be something reserved for free open source "raw" tools and even those are more polished than this software. As for support, I have not heard back and don't expect to.
