Great software and support! I have used the software in the past and was unable to get it to work on a new computer. I emailed and had a response back within a few hours on a weekend!

Have used for many years with 100% perfect results. SUPERB customer care too as I had a license issue that was resolved almost instantly. Great product and company.

Excellent customer relations, see the problem through the eyes of a user rather than redirecting to a further delay ,Software is a "Work Horse" for those wanting to digitise dvd collections, I converted about 3000 discs to media folder on Mac mini (2022) using a sandisc solid state external drive ,each encoding took less than 4-11mins (depending on how many of the extras you merge from dvd content )which is faster than other rippers I've used ,good investment for me

Adam was a star, so helpful. I had a little problem with ripping a dvd, I emailed Adam and he gave me loads of pointers. With his help I got it working. Amazing.

I have used this software for the last several years. Each time I performed an upgrade on the computer, the company was very gracious to send me the updated software and a new key to make sure that the software kept working uninterruptedly. They have fantastic customer service and are only an email away. I’ve been very impressed on how well the software works to download YouTube videos and also convert to other MP3 and MP4 format, add subtitles etc. Very user-friendly. I highly recommend this company and the software.

Lost my activation codes but the Support team were able to quickly re-send them. Excellent.

I was unable to get a DVD to rip, which was a surprise considering how old it was. I created a support ticket and was delighted by the fast response.

To my happiness Adam nailed the resolution in the first try! Instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Very bad software and support. They promise software is working but doesnt. And support dont care.

I've been using MacXDVD software for many years w/no problems, until just recently when it was time to upgrade. It worked okay for a while, but then began acting funny, e.g.; freezing, display problems, unable to close it out, etc. I figured I needed to uninstall and reinstall the software, but I still wanted to contact someone before I did anything. I emailed the company regarding these issues. They got back to me quickly and agreed that's what I should try, and also sent me the download link and license.
The uninstalling process was a challenge, as I couldn't get the program to close even after restarting my computer. Eventually it did (though I'm not sure how), and I was able to uninstall successfully. Once I reinstalled the software I downloaded a video from YouTube to test it out and everything's now working as it should.
Though this turned out to be a relatively simple issue I was able to fix myself, it did make a big difference knowing I could count on them for help had I run into more difficulties. Having this peace of mind is very important, and also lets me know this company is legitimate and I can purchase software from them w/out hesitation.

I bought this to convert my DVD collection to digital files as it promised to digitise a DVD in 5 minutes. It doesn't - an hour and a half DVD can take between 45 minutes and an hour and a half. This is on an almost new iMac. After seeking help from them they did make some suggestions as to how I might speed things up but, when this didn't work, they stopped responding.

It's really not worth the money and I wish I'd stuck with Handbrake or similar.

Update 18/05/22: The company did get back in touch again but only to repeat the advice they offered before. In the end managed to get a refund via PayPal. This was done only with the greatest reluctance on their part and on the condition that I deleted this review.

After many years of ownership and having lost my login and code, the team at Macxdvd pro FOUND my details which enabled me to download the latest version. OUTSTANDING service!!
