MacXDVD pro support

I have been using MacXDVD pro for some years with out issue, recently for no apparent reason it would crash and was unusable. I contacted the support team who replied the next day with possible remedy’s, which I tried and I’m glad to say worked. Thanks guys.

It works! And so does their support team!

I really need to get some family movies off of DVD and into an MP4 format before it's too late. Searched, researched, and found MacXdvd.
Once downloaded I set about doing my first conversion and it simply did not work... I sent a note in to MacX and had a quick reply with two suggestions... Voila!
The App worked perfectly and quickly and I'm very satisfied both with the product and the customer service.

A Reliable Company

I had an issue with converting one of my DVD’s to a digital format. Adam was great about replying to my email in less than 8 hours with a solution. The product is fantastic and the customer service is equally matched.

Had a problem loading the software

Had a problem loading the software. Contacted the support team who sorted out the problem efficiently and with great knowledge and patience. Been using MacX DVD Ripper Pro for a couple of years, fantastic program I wonder how I managed without it.

Reliable Product

I have been using MacX Video Converter for many years. It has been trouble free since the beginning and continues to be. Contacted support for a problem I created while cleaning up my desktop and had good support. Works flawlessly as ever.

Excellent software. Superb customer support.

I can’t recommend MacX Downloader highly enough. The app works easily and quickly. The few times I've requested customer support, the response has been immediate, friendly, and solved the problem. This is a wonderful app that I recommend to one and all.

The Best Video Software - Buy it Now

I am an 8+ year user of MacX Video Converter Pro - it is probably the best software product I've purchased. I am especially impressed by its stability, reliability, and updating schedule. Super software...purchase the lifetime option.

Download probleem snel opgelost!

Ik had een probleem met het downloaden van Youtube filmpjes. Ik meldde dat bij Digiarty software en binnen een paar minuten kreeg ik al een reactie. Het probleem was onderkend en inmiddels opgelost. Ik kreeg aanwijzingen hoe dit zelf op mijn MAC ook te doen.

Contacted customer support about a problem and received a response in a very short time. Service representative provided instruction and an explanation that fixed the problem quickly. I have been a long term user/customer and recommend MacXDVD as the best product of its kind on the market!
