I recently lost my hard drive with the MacXDVD program. When I contacted customer support they were quick to reply with a solution which allowed me to reinstall and register the program. Their rep, Adam, was polite and supportive and imho this company prices products fairly and stands behind their licensing!

I recently contacted Digiarty customer support for help reactivating MacX DVD Ripper Pro (which I think is a great program) because the license key was not accepted when installing the program on my new computer. No matter what I tried, it didn't work. In less than 7 hours (!) I already received a response from Digiarty with the solution to the problem. My account was reset and instantly the problem was solved, reactivation succeeded and MacX DVD Ripper Pro worked as before.

To summarize: the same working day my problem was solved by fast and expert help from the customer support team. A big compliment, and for those who don't use their software yet an absolute purchase recommendation!

I was looking for software to digitise my DVD collection because I travel a lot internationally and just can't carry my favourite physical DVDs around with me. Also, I have a MacBook Pro and can't play DVDs from all Regions on it. My DVDs are from Australia, Europe, Asia and USA. Converting all of my DVDs to mp4 files was a breeze and the Region code restrictions are removed as part of the process. Average 15-20 minutes each DVD for me. Once the MP4 conversion process is finished, you need to hit "Clear" on the dashboard before you start with a new DVD, otherwise the dashboard becomes messy. I liked the subtitle inclusion process - super easy. I think this product is well worth the money. I am super grateful that it exists. Their Help desk representatives are extremely helpful.

its not the fastest with the M2... then again i have 8 / 10 gpu cores... so not a mac pro. i am finding more and more dvds barely work after a year or two so i always back them up anymore. i have a stack of dead ones.. maybe 20 or so. backing them.. i won't need to re-buy them. that is why you obtain this software..

Rapid answer and easy solution of the problem.

I foolishly reformated my hard drive without realizing that I needed to deactivate my license first. As I rebuilt the machine, I wasn't able to reactivate the license. The support team stepped in and provided me with prompt assistance. I was pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness and willingness to help. Their expertise and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. They addressed my concerns swiftly and guided me through the resolution with utmost efficiency. Their clear instructions and guidance allowed me to overcome the issue quickly.

This program has worked as advertised numerous times. There were two exceptions where I had an issue and customer service resolved each one in a very timely manner.

When both my imac's hard drive and my time capsule crashed, I couldn't recover anything, including the emails validating my apps. The Digiarty support team quickly found me in their database and kindly restored access to my validation codes. Many thanks !

I was trying to make room on my hard drive and accidentally deleted my MacX Video Converter Pro from my Applications and I thought it was gone for good. I contacted the DigiArty Support team via email and within 24 hrs, I received help from Sherry and Adam, who both sent me the necessary links and directions to reinstall my program. All the original saved downloads were still there!! They're great!! Couldn't be more pleased with the support help!!

I had to reinstall my operating system. As a result of this, I was unable to reactivate my license. Contacted customer support and they were timely and excellent in getting me back up and running. Appreciate the lifetime support.
