The evening before we were kindly notified of an approximate time for the visit. Richard arrived promptly and was a pleasure to deal with throughout.
He explained everything he would be doing and was happy to answer any questions I had. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I brought my first Lynton Laser back in 2010. I have never looked back. I went to the Professional Beauty Exhibition where I met Maria Martin.
Maria Martin has been my constant contact who came down to my salon and introduced me to my new machine and all it could do.
Maria has been a continuous help throughout my partnership with Lynton and we often still chat after all these years for advice and a catch up! Its nice to know that I am part of an organisation that offers continual support, help and advice.
The clinical team at Lynton are always on hand to help if there is and queries regarding client concerns and their support and knowledge is second to none. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
I opted for a service maintenance package and this was seriously the best decision i made. Making sure my equipment is tip top at all times.
I specialise in hair removal with electrolysis and my Lynton was a welcome addition to my business. Enabling me to treat large areas of hair removal and with incredible results.
I have many clients who have had laser/IPL with other devices/Machines and nothing compares to the results on My Lynton. I wouldn't be without it. It has helped my business grow from strength to strength and is still going strong.
With my machine I am also able to treat skin correction treatments that have moved my facials to another level allowing me to achieve amazing results in Acne, Thread veins and pigmentation. This is now the main part of my business and I am to happy that I took that step 14 years ago! I wouldn't be without it.

I have recently taken on the new Dynamix machine and the service and professionalism from Lynton lasers from delivery scheduling, having to move the delivery date due to tradesmen, core of knowledge training, in person training with Becky Clayton and Eloise Baskerville with the fabulous launch and business support. I couldn’t recommend more and am so looking forward to continuing the work with them growing together.

Richard the engineer who serviced my machine was very good, he text me the day before to let me know the time he would be with me, he arrived on time and was very professional, I would highly recommend and as always Lynton are a great company with excellent machines that work.

I can’t recommend Lynton enough! Everything from the machines to the business support is second to none. I’ve built my entire business with Lynton systems. Starting out renting a room in a salon with the Excelight to now having a clinic with 4 treatments rooms and also taking on the Motus AY. Most importantly, the results are incredible and I’m so pleased I chose Lynton as my supplier. Lynton have also created a real sense of community and there is always someone to help or chat to if you need to. Thank you for everything!

It was lovely to see Emma, a trainer from the Lynton Academy coming out to see my clinic and giving me more guidance and tips along the way. She has extensive knowledge and explains everything in a warm and friendly manner. I would love if she could be here everyday rather than being a 'one man band' but she assured me that Lynton are always there to help and give advice if I needed further guidance. We recently invested into the Motus AY Laser from Lynton.
Coming from a small island at the north of Scotland we were absolutely delighted that Lynton could not only send an engineer to set up the Laser and make sure everything was working correctly but a trainer also.
Emma arrived mid Snow storm! We all felt very at ease with her. She is naturally a very warm and friendly character and had no issues going over everything with us until we all understood. She has also been great to reach out to when we do have any questions regarding the equipment or training. I would highly recommend Lynton Lasers Ltd.

I purchased a Lynton IPL machine in February after a client speaking very highly of Lynton and recommended I gave them a call. The lovely Eloise showed me the machine and knew I wanted it asap!! Very smooth transaction with Eloise who kept in contact with me through the whole process.
Lynton trainer Emma came to my salon to give me all the training on the machine. Emma made sure I was fully prepped beforehand which made the training day go so smoothly. She was so knowledgeable and very thorough making me feel at ease and a lot more confident. Emma has kept in contact checking on my every need.

I recently brought a Lynton IPL system and I am so pleased I did. So much support and help from the very start. This is my first IPL and I love the results it gives with hair removal and skin rejuvenation. As part of my purchase I also did the level 4 qualification, the Lynton ladies made me feel so at ease and relaxed during the course and assessment, allowing me to ask lots of questions. I have really enjoyed the entire process with Lynton, from before purchase speaking with Sarah Law and the amazing training online but more so the training in person with Emma! She is so knowledgable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Her training was fantastic and her after care of checking in afterwards has been great. At the start of my journey, I was really anxious about picking the wrong equipment to start my business with.
I made an enquiry through Lynton’s website and Lauren contacted me straight away. I was blown away by her knowledge and she was able to qualify exactly the right equipment for my business and guide me through the finance application process.
In the build up to delivery, I found everybody that I spoke to at Lynton to be highly professional, friendly and supportive. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and I’m certain that I would have been feeling a lot more stressed and overwhelmed in the run up to opening had I not chosen Lynton to supply my device. Lauren is always so helpful and responsive and I can feel that she really wants my business to be successful.
Having the clinical team at Lynton and Jess (my practical trainer) backs me up and gives me such confidence and security that I cannot imagine being without Lynton in the future.

Amazing experience with Lynton Team when purchasing my laser machine. Eloise from the sales team was an oracle before my purchase making sure I was getting the right machine for my needs and ensuring I understood all its USP’s to get my business up and running best it could! She stays in regular contact to see if I need anything from her or answer any questions I might have, the installation team were also brilliant and engineers answered all my questions on delivery day. Suki from the training team has delivered two training sessions now and both have been excellent, making sure all questions are answered and taking her time explaining everything and allowing you to redo anything you need to - 5 Star service for sure!!

On 21/3/ 2024, I left a negative, 1 star review due to the problems I encountered with a purchase of the 3juve machine. Since then, Lynton has gone beyond my expectations to help resolve the situation and although I have not been pressured into doing this, I only felt it was right to amend my negative review. I just wanted to thank Kim and Jamie for their help and support in getting to the bottom of this and putting in place a solid contingency plan should I experience any additional problem with the 3juve. I feel so very at ease and relaxed now.
I would give them 5 stars if it wasn't for the initial issues I experienced

Online training with Jess was great, followed up by in clinic training with Becky.
Becky was an absolute pleasure and very helpful. I’m confident in using my new machine but also know I can get in touch with Lynton @any issues.
