Richard was fantastic! Really knowledgable, answered any questions we had, very friendly and personable. We had a private course at our house and Richard brought everything along to show us, and practise on. Definitely no disadvantage to doing a course on a smaller scale. We also got to focus on specific areas for slightly longer if required etc. I was a little apprehensive that it would be overwhelming to do 3 hours straight and that I wouldn’t remember anything but actually it was great and being able to practise whah Richard was explaining was invaluable. Thank you so much Richard!

Lynsay Allan was an excellent teacher who covered a lot of useful information in 2 hours but managed to pace it really well! Plenty of time to practice and get feedback as well. Highly recommend!

I attended on 27th April with Isabelle. The course was very good with practical hands on participation. It was good being able to practice using the baby and child/adult models, with Isabelle guiding and correcting me to ensure I would be able to carry out procedures if needed in real life. I would encourage anyone looking after babies/ children or adults to take this course, you won’t regret it, Isabelle is very knowledgeable.

Attend a course in Fife and Forth Valley on the 25th April ran by Lynsay Allan.
This course is fantastic for a overview of basic baby first aid.
Lynsay made the class informative and welcoming. Her passion and knowledge for the subject is infectious.
We even took our newborn along who was welcomed by Lynsay and fellow learners.
She also enjoyed the course!

Mini First Aid always perform excellently, we have used them at work for 3 years now consecutively. We work in a dynamic and unique environment outdoors and Mini First Aid always make their training appropriate and applicable to our surroundings and scenarios. They have friendly and knowledgeable trainers, I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you Judith, Emily and all of Mini First Aid :)

We have 4 grandchildren and wanted to improve and update our first aid skills. Anna was extremely informative and very thorough and very willing to answer any questions. Definitely worth doing.

Was a fun day of learning first aid with work colleagues. Was informative and with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Felt right at home and learned a lot.

Great training, Richard explained each topic very well and made it fun and interesting, left lots of time for any discussion on each topic and got everyone involved

Excellent infant and child first aid course, easy to understand language and guidance, and the opportunity to practice using mannequins in the session was incredibly valuable. We were able to take our 6 month old daughter along to the session and feed and change her as needed throughout, and we would recommend these classes to every parent. We feel very confident in our abilities to provide effective first aid to children following this class, and feel the pricing is excellent value for what you gain from the session.

Thank you Vanessa for hosting a thorough and informative session. It was great to get in person training ahead of the birth of our first child and we both learn by doing so was really handy to be able to get hands on with the mannequins. Feel much better prepared in all aspects of pediatric first aid.

Andy's course was super engaging and well paced. Simplified and demystified complex subjects so everyone came away not only with a certificate but confident to actually do first aid in their work place and community.

We attended this group as new grandparents who needed a bit of revision on our first aid.
Claire was welcoming, we had a chance beforehand to ask for any particular points of discussion. The 2 hour session was timed perfectly with opportunity to ask questions. An option to be hands on or just sit back. Small shop available at the end. Take away booklet.

Ciara was great and the course was relaxed, not too rushed and relatable. Everyone came a way with knowledge they didn't have. Recommend this course to any to be parents, grandparents and family

Laura and Jackie were friendly and understanding of the different ways people learn and participate. I enjoyed Laura's teaching style, making everyone feel included, comfortable to get involved, to ask questions. The acronyms she used were new to me and ones I will remember. I feel more informed than ever, and more confident in all things first-aid. I enjoyed the day, it was fun, relaxed, but the serious side was clear. The equipment used helped to put theory into practice and made visualising a real-life situation easier. A different take on courses I have attended previously.

We booked this course in readiness for looking after our two Grandchildren later in the year. We both found the course very informative, group was not too big and there was a nice relaxed atmosphere. It was good getting a chance to practice CPR with the model dummies, we felt this gave us a greater confidence. There was plenty of time to ask plenty of questions. Isobelle provided us with the reassurance we needed. Would recommend this course.

Marlene was fantastic, her teaching style put us all at ease and she coached us through each section of the course with patience and kindness! She was also great with the little babies in the room too, we all felt a lot more comfortable, should any first aid situations arise to know what to do. I can’t recommend enough!

Rachel was excellent. She provided a fantastic session with plenty of information and was welcoming to all of our questions.

We would highly recommend for any parent keen to learn first aid.
