Service stopped working for days

Service stopped working for days, so I uninstalled the e-sim and moved to another carrier. Then it was impossible to cancel my plan. No support of any kind whatsoever.

Update: fixed after seeing this review. Cheapest service out there so good with the bad.

Eu fiz portabilidade para lyca porque eu vi preços bons e 5G .. agora estou com lyca e comprei um tarifário de um mês, só tenho LTE .. até não consigo chamar um Uber com esse LTE. Agora quero saber porque a empresa está a enganar e roubar os clientes? .. no vosso site e mencionado todos os tarifários tem 5G ..Obrigada

Once payment travel plan is being charged monthly.

Last month a bought one month plan for travelling, but now they charged me again like if I had an subscription, I did not wanted monthly plan since I used it only for travelling. Tried to log in and I cant since I am not in Europe anymore. Hope you solve it soon and give my money back. Thanks

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. At the end of the term they turned on the auto renewal and deducted money from my account. I was unable to remove my bank information and had to go to the bank to cancel my card. When I called customer service they said their systems were down and to call back next day. Don't deal with these scammed.

Bom, a Dilma é extremamente competente, simpática e profissional.
Na realidade está no pior lado, na pior altura (cliente chateados e descontentes com o serviço).

I called multiple times, never had any data.
I used two different sims but it never worked, then I could not turn off the auto - renewal system I had to call and spend 15 minutes arguing with the person to end the auto-renewal.

The data is unstable

The data is unstable, most of the time calls on WhatsApp etc gets disturbance. My Uber app doesn’t work on Lyca data which is strange. Download speed is too slow.

Customer service completely lacking

I purchased a pay as you go esim. However, it was not working when I installed it and I tried to get assistance. After many attempts on their online chat line, I finally got through to someone and a process with a reference number was created. They advised that it would be resolved within 24 hours. It was NOT resolved and I have made countless attempts over the course of 3 days to chat with a live agent and the system keeps timing out. For a supposed communications company, their system and service is dirt poor. I will never purchase from them again!!!

Awful personal area on the website

1. The company doesn't let me to deactivate automatic monthly renewal. When I try I get an error: "Request is already in pending state". But still I see that autorenewal is active
2. And the same way I can't delete my credit card from the list of saved cards.
3. If I pay with a credit card the website saves it without giving me an option not to save the card. And after that it doesn't let me remove it

Comment: TrustPilot is not giving me an option to respond, but gives an option to edit my review. I was already mentioning the error message in my initial post. When I try to deactive auto prolongation I get this message: "Request is already in pending state".
This request is in pending state since yesterday and I still can't cancel autoprolongation

Lyca Mobile bundles are set to auto-renew by default to prevent service interruptions. The card used for the initial purchase will also be used for future renewals. However, customers can modify the renewal settings at any time by logging into their Lyca Mobile account.

Please share the error message received while try to deactivate the auto renewal and this will help us to check and assist. Provide card details that you wish to remove we will initiate to remove them.

At Lycamobile, customers should always have full control over auto-renewal settings and saved payment methods. The error message “Request is already in pending state” usually indicates that a previous change request is still being processed in the system. However, this should not prevent you from managing your account properly, and saved cards should not remain without the option to remove them.
