A total scam, AVOID!

My order arrived and the quality was terrible so i emailed to refund. I've sent 3 emails and no response. There is no return address. Im £94 down. AVOID!!

I had a wonderful experience with Luxxshapers.
When I placed an order through their website, I was initially worried because I didn’t receive a tracking number and couldn’t track my order. I tried calling the contact number provided and sending an email but didn’t get a response, until a day later.

This made me nervous, so I decided to check online reviews. Based on what I read, I started to believe I had been duped or that I would receive something completely different from what I ordered.

However, to my surprise, I received my exact order within 4 working days, and everything fits perfectly!
Ordered online on 14th March and received my package on the 19th March.

I would definitely order from Luxxshapers again.

Avoid buying from this company if your item doesn't fit and you want a refund, they have had my money, wanted proof of return (which I sent) I have emailed everyday for the past 2 weeks and nothing - £35 pounds down the drain. Tried calling,no response as goes through to giffgaff answering machine. Absolutely disgusting customer services.

DO NOT BUY FROM!! What a scam. Will not let you return anything whatsoever even if you want to re-purchase the right sizes. Misleading liars who do not support woman. They should be ashamed.

Refused my return and soon just ignored my emails.

I bought two items which didn't fit so I asked to return them. Actually, I asked three times to return them before finally getting a response **9 days** after the first request. This response was to ask for my reason for returning. The rest went as follows, via email:

Luxx:
Since it is a sizing issue we can give you a free exchange for a different size that fits.

Me:
No thank you, you took so long to respond that I had to buy something else for the party I bought this product for. Therefore, I am no longer in need of additional control-wear, and I would like to return these items for a refund.

Luxx:
*Silence*

Me:
Why have you stopped speaking to me?

Luxx:
We can only return one product as stipulated on our return policy.

Me:
*Already knows that's nonsense but double checks*
There is nothing in your return policy, written on your website, which states that. I have screenshot the policy so don't bother trying to change it. Please process my return now. I will be leaving a one star review of this continues.

Luxx:
*Inexplicably sends a screenshot of policy which isn't on the website and doesn't even corroborate own position*

Me:
Nope. The attached is what's published on your website
*Sends screenshot*

Luxx:
*Ongoing silence*

Me:
Ohhhhh luxx shapers... please speak to meeee... and treat me like a fellow human being..... I need to send these back because they are the wrong size for me and I need to buy food.

Me again:
I have received no further communication from you. I assume you're now just ignoring me? I'm afraid I will be leaving a negative review should I not hear from you soon.

Luxx:
*Silence for three months followed by cheekily adding me to their mailing list and spamming me*

Me:
*Remembers she said she'd leave a one-star review*

This brings us to the present day.

Absolute scammers. Do NOT buy from this company.

The owners insta name is @eutonne and @etfoodvoyage go and message her a response. I found this through public data on the government companies website!! The other owner is called Zohaib Sheikh and Eutonne Tam is friends with him so the facts add up to the truth. They need to pay up and let us return our items.

I ordered before Christmas, the item came within a week so that’s ok but it wouldn’t even get round my leg and I ordered a size large and being a size 14 I thought that would be ok. Anyway I requested to return as that’s the only way which is shocking, I got a reply months later with the address. I posted it back AND paid for postage. They have the cheek to just email to today to say they can’t refund as it’s been worn and damaged!! The bloody thing was tiny it wasn’t even possible for me to wear it. This company needs shutting down, I will be raising it with my bank and getting my money back! AVOID

Avoid this company! They are absolutely dreadful.

I never write reviews but this one takes the cake. Paid extra for express delivery so I could have my item for my wedding day and it has still not arrived. You cannot get a refund from them as they will not respond to you. If you try to call the number it goes straight to a GiffGaff voicemail. Emails have all gone unanswered. I have tried to get a refund through my bank so hopefully that works out.

The items I received weren’t fit for the purpose I required them for. I tried to contact them for a return and refund but was completely blanked.

After a few weeks of zero response I managed to obtain a refund via my bank.
I’d urge everyone to do this!

Have taken my money and not sent the items and no communication. SCAMMERS. Do not buy. Wish I had read the reviews first!!

They say they'll post your order within a few days and it'll arrive a few days after that...... I've chased and chased... apparently they're 'fulfilling my order'... Still.... weeks later.....

If I could I would give this company no stars, absolutely awful, no communication, took 6 weeks to get an acknowledgment from them to be able to return an item.
Don’t waste your time or money using this terrible company!!!

Do not buy from this company! No response to emails when trying to return. Returned anyway and back and forth for weeks arguing over a refund! Disgusting customer service.

Company is a complete scam! Paid for express delivery item came nearly 3 weeks later.. I tried to contact them regarding this and I got a rude reply to return when I received item by sending email.. which I did and they blocked my email so I couldn’t get in touch! Avoid this company like the plague.. taken this further to trading standards

Why didn’t I read the reviews before buying! I couldn’t even get the item past my knees, let alone fully up! I e been emailing all week for a returns label for a refund but not received anything back! Looks like I, going to have to put it down to my stupidity and not checking out the company first - that’s £30 down the drain - to anyone looking at Luxx don’t waste your time or money - the product is ridiculously tiny even though I ordered large 16/18 !! 🤬

Just a scam. Will sell you something that’s not fit for purpose and then refuse to acknowledge a request to return it.

Impossible to return item, i have raised it with citizens advice who have given me guidance and a template letter to post to them, failing that they’ll raise it with trading standards however they are aware. Please report to trading standards and the bank.

Complete scam. Please do not buy from this site. They only allowed me to return one item (which I paid for) and then blocked my emails and won't pick up calls and have not refunded me one of the 2 items. They also made me pay for next day delivery and then posted 5 days later.

Honestly I wouldn't recommend this site neighter to my worst enemy! Scam company! Wished the same like everybody who placed the order on this site to read the review before placing an order! Shame on the seller scaming so many people!
