Ordered Pyjamas for my partner, for Christmas. They were delivered with no issues, however, when gifted on Christmas Day, we noticed that a button was missing from the top and there wasn’t a spare included as I would typically expect to see.

I emailed on Christmas Day (not expecting an instant reply of course), heard nothing back, so chased them, heard nothing back so chased again on the 3rd Jan and still nothing.

I have raised this as a dispute to get my money back.

Looking through other reviews, it seems they do not respond to any emails.

I bought 2 name engraved robes for my grandsons. One for a 3 month old and one for a 3 year old, had a had time finding matching robes until Lulabay. They had beautiful soft and cozy robes in a camo print that everybody loved. Great after a bath because they are so soft against the skin. They arrived to Massachusetts quickly, I would certainly buy from Lulabay again when it's time for bigger sizes!! Thank you Lulabay.

I would like to warn anyone buying from this company not to. I ordered four sets of PJs for Christmas on the 3 rd December. Promised delivery within a few days, however after two weeks , still nothing. I contacted them via customer services and phone and no one got back to me. I then sent another five emails and was finally told that they would be with me by special delivery by the 31 st. I had obviously missed Christmas , they were all gifts, so I had four god children with no presents. However the promise they were coming was slightly comforting. I have not received my products , an explanation or a refund. I have emailed over 10 times without success and no explanation. My money has been taken and basically that is stealing. Please pass this message on. Do not trust this company. You will be very disappointed and you will not hear from them, they will however take your money. My bank is currently investigating. It is very sad as needed only an explanation or my money back if the goods couldn’t be supplied. Please be warned.

I ordered, SEVEN pyjamas as Christmas present. Great gifts at the time but, they stained our white Christmas socks which made them slightly pink, I have made the company aware of this and they will inform their suppliers. They arrived on time and the fit is perfect. I will definitely buy more from them and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you 🤩🤩

I am so very grateful for the amazing customer serice I received from the Lulabay team. I ordered a gorgeous robe for our 1 year old grandson, right before Christmas and all the way to Colorado. The robe arrived in plenty of time, it is absolutely gorgeous. The embroidery is perfect. The fabric is so soft and still feels like it will last a long time. Harvey loves it. Thanks guys for taking such great care of us. Even though you are a small business, you gave us top tier customer service and I can't thank you enough. I will definitely order again.

I bought this as a Christmas present and my mum loves it. It’s so soft and really nice quality :) I ordered through Etsy and the seller was great at replying to me.

I was told the item I ordered was not available and therefore, requested a refund. As there is not phone number to call, I have written numerous emails which no one replies to. Please do not order from this company.

Good quality product, really happy with the pj's I bought for my Daughters for Christmas. They are so soft and comfortable there customer service was really good as well. There was a slight problem with postage which they actually phoned me about and had it rectified before I even new there was a problem. Will definitely use this company again.

The best and most comfortable pyjamas I have EVER had, and I'm really serious I have really expensive PJs, but these are so much better, I'm going to order another pair in a different colour, I'm also going to buy my friend a pair 👌❤

I am very upset I wouldn't use this company again or recomend it.
I ordered a babies dressing gown with her name on it for a Christmas present, a parcel was delivered to me on 20th Dec with the wrong name on it !!
As there is not a contact phone number !!! I had to email i have not had a reply to my request of my correct order being sent to me in time for christmas, which it could have been if they had called me or responded to my email.

Ordered a personalised elephant baby comforter for my nieces’ newborn baby girl . It arrived at my nieces’ promptly ,

I found just the special, personalised gift that I was looking for in this shop. I ordered two for twins and the quality of the comforters and the embroidered names was excellent.
