AVOID! Ordered personalised make up case for last minute birthday gift with 2-3 day delivery. Eventually arrived after 2 weeks and several emails to customer service with no response. Really disappointed with item quality too. Stitching off centre with a visible disc behind it. Looks cheap and naff and ruined what should have been a lovely high quality personalised gift.

AVOID!!!!!!

Awful, awful company. Dressing gown arrived with yellow stains (like oil) all over it. Missing items, awful customer service. Took forever to respond, said they would replace the missing items and damaged item but never did!

SAVE YOUR MONEY

I ordered my daughter a personalised short sleeves and shorts pyjama set for her birthday and got sent long sleeves and long bottoms instead.

I’ve emailed customer service three times and I’ve had no response at all despite their automated response stating they will get back to you within 2 days.
They’re happy to take your money but they’re not interested in rectifying their mistakes!
First and last time ordering, you really need to do better.

Not the greatest quality

I received an item personalised with the wrong name entirely. I emailed and messaged countless times and got ignored. When I finally got through to someone, they promised it would be fixed on the following Tuesday, it never was. Again, reached out and couldnt reach anyone. Eventually I claimed a charge back from my bank, and *then* they sent out a new item, with no personalisation, 4years too big for my toddler... never again.

Purchased personalised satin pj, after a few weeks of wear the product has stained bed clothing.Despite washing bedding x 2 the colouring remains.Contacted the Co via Etsy & had no response escalated to Etsy & surprise, surprise they reached out to me,required evidence of problem.This was sent & Co have replied it’s not there issue.Buyer be aware , lots of reviews complaining about quality of products & lack of customer focus

I ordered 31st March , it still has not been delivered and I have contacted them via email but no response . I paid via PayPal so I am claiming the funds back.

Prompt delivery. But our personalised dressing gown was not personalised upon delivery. I reached out via email on the same day, and despite reaching out numerous times since I have had no response.

I brought the pjs set for my step mum as a gift and she loved them. Great quality, soft fabric and quick delivery. I will be ordering from here again but next time for myself.

It's become a tradition that I buy personalised dressing gowns whenever a friend has a baby and everyone loves it! The quality is great and the communication with the seller is easy, they answer any questions you have promptly and always deliver on time. Highly recommend

I ordered Mr & Mrs Robe set in the super soft range, all personalised with full names on the front. Brother & his wife will love these. Jo answered all my questions straightaway and nothing was too much trouble. She (I’m assuming Jo is female 🤭😁) was very patient and polite and her customer service skills was perfect. I was panicking because I’d left the order so late as it’s part of a wedding hamper for my brother’s wedding. Jo went the extra mile and sent the package as a special delivery guaranteed by 1pm next day. It arrived in time and Jo helped to lower my stress over it. ☺️ Will definitely use Lulabay again should I need to do so. Thanks a million, Jo. 🥰

The item I ordered was a gift so I didn’t actually get to see the final product, but the vendor was very communicative, especially when my order was delayed or lost in the mail and she shipped another one.

I ordered a personalised teddy bear comforter and it is so soft and cute, incredibly well made to a very high standard, using excellent quality materials. Very good value for money and amazingly fast dispatch. Very well packaged to prevent any damage in transit. Very happy with my purchase and I would use this seller again. I highly recommend.

Excellent quality, the hoodie is so soft! I was also impressed by the embroidery of the name! Delivery was incredibly quick, I would definitely order again!
