I ordered this for my friend who is expecting a baby in 2025 when I found out her name. I was blown away by the quality and the turn around from me ordering the item to delivery! It came in a matter of days. A high quality item that my friend loved and adored and it is the perfect keep sake. Highly reccomend!

Ordered goods on a 2-3 day delivery 8 days ago. Goods not arrived . Customer service still not responded .
Most probably a scam outfit with good marketing. Stay clear

Absolutely awful!!! Deserve no stars. Ordered an item over two weeks ago and still not received. Contacted customer services 3 times to have no Response. AVOID!!! At all costs. Lost out on money and a Christmas gift! Due to them not sending the item or receiving a refund! SCAM.

Really poor quality pyjamas. Definitely not value for money. Steer clear do not buy from this website. If I could pick 0 stars I would. This company should not be trading!! Don’t waste your money. I see on here that there are some great reviews, they’ve obviously been written by people who work for the company!!

I still haven’t received a parcel I ordered on 24th November it was to late for me to give the gift so had to buy something else in replacement not good at all will never use them again

I ordered 3 pairs of pyjamas, they did take slightly longer than advised to arrive but they are nice quality and packaged beautifully. The sizing is also really generous. One of the pyjamas were a different style to what I ordered but the company sorted it quickly and resent the right pyjamas asap and it arrived before Christmas. The only thing is they didn’t reply to any of my emails but perhaps busy

I ordered a gift for my client who had a baby girl. I ordered the robe and bunny with the embroidered name on both. It was so soft and adorable. Quality material and shipped right away!

If there was a NO STAR I would use it, still waiting on delivery - DO NOT USE scam company and advised item is with Royal Mail which it is not, having looked at these reviews (wish I had done that first!) I don't even want the product now, no doubt it will be dreadful quality and it was supposed to be a gift - SO ANNOYED

This company does not post items out after taking your money. They simply supply a fake tracking number and do not respond to your emails. So don’t buy from them. I have reported them to the retail ombudsman and company’s house to have their company de-registered as they are a fraudulent company.

Absolutely awful quality of personalisation - letters peel off and are a different colour to expected.

Very disappointed in the product as well as the customer service who were unable to resolve or offer anything.

Fantastic cosy good quality dressing gown received for myself with lovely personalised touch. Also very high quality cosy slippers to match. Makes bedtime very luxurious!
