I bought a dressing gown and slipper set for my niece for Xmas.
I was unsure of sizing as she is 12 and got a reply back really quick. Customer service is fab and my niece loved them. They felt really cosy.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Think twice before placing an order with this company. Order a special birthday present for my pregnant wife, it came with poor stitching quality. Emailed the customer service team, 2 weeks went by and didn’t get a response. Decide to message them on a different social media platform (instagram) and were as useful as a chocolate teapot.

Zero stars.

They lost my order and customer services haven’t responded in over 10 days. DO NOT trust this company to order a baby gift to Ireland.

This company went above and beyond to help me when I realised I didn't change the colour of the name - I chose a grey teddy with silver writing and it wasn't visible so they sent me a new one out free of charge. The quality is amazing, so thick and the embroidery is spot on. Super fast delivery too xx
