Unfortunately I have to give a star rating if I don't click 1 star I can't leave a review. Was brought a silver bracelet and after a couple of weeks it turned yellow, contactes the company they said it was because I'd been wearing it in the shower I told them I only wear silver my chain (which I purchased elsewhere) is never taken off and didn't do the same thing. The item was sent back they have flat out refused a refund and are refusing to return the item....... AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS... THERE LIARS AND THIEVES....

I ordered a 3 heart necklace for my goddaughter. I realised I made a mistake on a date. Got in touch with Custimer services and the mistake was rectified at no cost. Received item within 2 days. Excellent service.

Bought my wife grandchildren name ring necklace for Christmas 2020, six months later diamond falls out of the centre. Emailed customer service who informed me this is not a manufacture problem, would need to pay £30 for replacement diamond, avoid at all cost total rubbish company.

I sent for an item as a gift for my grandsons 21st but had left it a bit late so I was delighted to receive it well within in the time I had expected. Many thanks

I ordered a silver name necklace and couldn’t be happier with what I received. I ordered late on a Sunday and it was delivered Tuesday which is super quick for something that is personalised. The quality is good and I would order this particular necklace again. I read the reviews on here after I ordered and they made me nervous as to what I was going to receive, but it couldn’t have been better so I would recommend this particular necklace!

I ordered a personalised chain necklace for my friend for Christmas, I purchased this on the 9th of December, after waiting 2 weeks for the necklace that was supposed to be arriving in 1 week it came broken! I then received a call from a extremely rude lady who accused me of breaking the necklace myself, her exact words were ‘our products don’t come broken, considering the tone of your email I think you broke it yourself!’ At this point I lost my s**t as I’m not being accused of breaking something I’ve paid and waited to receive, she then hung up on me!!!! As someone who works in customer service themselves I wouldn’t EVER speak to customer like that even if they are annoyed (which I had every right to be angry)
AVOID THIS BRAND AT ALL COSTS, WASTE OF MONEY TIME AND ENERGY!
Never in my life have I ever had such a bad experience dealing with a brand!!

And to the unhelpful lady in customer service, your products do clearly come broken as I’ve read 5 other reviews in which people have experienced the same thing! So embarrassing!!!

I ordered an engraved silver locket for my daughters 30th birthday, before wrapping, I checked it over, firstly I noted the back of the locket was brushed metal, not polished silver to match the front, this was not as advertised, I carefully opened the locket to check the catch, only to find it would not close, initially, love silver took my call, informed me they would only repair, not refund as I was out of the 30 day window ( I was not) and also it was personalised, I again requested a refund as it was not fit for purpose and seemed poor quality, how do you put photos in a locket that can only be opened marginally ? I promptly returned it by recorded delivery, 3 days later i received an email dated 7th December, informing me the jeweller found no fault, they will repair it (repair what? if there is no fault ?)but not until the new year !! I have since sent numerous emails, requesting a refund , no reply , if I call there is only a recorded message. Expensive mistake that I urge others not to make!!!!.

I ordered chain width 5.2mm I received 4mm, it was obviously smaller I could say from the beginning as i have already chain width 5.2 and the other one supposed to be a gift, but just in case i went to two different shops (h.samuel, f.hinds) to check if i’m not mistaken, both confirmed that chain width is less than 5mm, i also send pictures to lovesilver and sent back chain asking for correct size.
I’ve been told that chain is correct size (although it wasn’t) so for me lovesilver are just scammers .

Bought a three heart necklace and largest heart fell off after one wear. Emailed customer services , FB messenger, will try calling tomorrow. Simply wanted a heart replaced , but quickly losing faith and regretting the 70 quid spend.

Very poor quality, the product doesn't look or feel like the price charged for it. I will not be buying from or recommending this site to anyone.

Bought necklace engraved with my kids names took 3 days great service.

Please please do NOT buy anything from this company. I bought a locket for my daughter's birthday, which was not as advertised. The front was silver, but the back was brushed metal. I emailed them 4 times to say it's not as advertised, but no response. I rang but phone lines down so I submitted a message through their contact form, no response. My friend submitted a request for info and they received a response, so they are clearly ignoring me. My daughter tried it on in the end and it broke within 10 minutes! I emailed Love Silver with pictures, still no response! These people are rip off merchants and I can only assume the reviews on their website are fake.

I’ve bought two personalised name necklaces on two separate occasions and they’ve both been perfect. They both arrived within a week of me ordering them and the quality is good !! 100% would order from here again

Do not use these guys you pay for an item special delivery meaning it should be delivered to your house no exceptions for it only to be left on a public road and stolen then have them say it was delivered. Shocking.

I bought a keyring for my daughters 17th Birthday and had it engraved. It was badly scratched when it arrived. It cost over £80 with postage so was expecting a quality item. No response to my email advising of the situation. Emailed advising I wanted to return and replace but did not even get a reply! Appalling customer service. Will not use again.

Above and beyond customer care, I bought two photo etched key rings with writing on the other side as memorial gifts. Very impressed with the quality and speed of service..thank you for your kindness at this sensitive time.

Some of the reviews about this company are untrue, it depends on what you bought from them, I bought two name necklaces, one for myself and one for my partner. When I received I was shocked, it looked amazing and the quality is excellent, iv bought necklaces of ebay and thought right time for a change, as they were of very poor quality and not real silver, also I bought an Ankelet, also from same company, we comucated vier email, I was unsure it would fit so I went for the much longer length, recieved this morning and Wow, brilliant quality I was amazed and fits lovely, I'm so glad I went to this company for my silver product's, I'd well recommend them that's my own personal opinion. That's why I gave them 5 Stars, never again would I buy jewellery of ebay again.
