Never again! Can't even see picture on photo pendant and it's so flimsy gutted after spending £115 for my Nans 80th

Order came 4 days early, chain was just as described, good quality. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a 3 love heart pendant. Customer service was outstanding. Emailed back with sample drawings of what I requested. When above and beyond any customer care I have dealt with. Ordered from Ireland and got it in under a week. It's beautiful and great engraving

Ordered a tree of life pendant for my wife to celebrate the birth of our child a few weeks ago. Within a few weeks, the chain broke through no fault of her own and the pendant was nearly lost.

Contacted customer service, they said it’s my wife’s fault but would offer 20% off a replacement chain.

Immediately blaming the customer before even investigating. Shoddy service for a shoddy product. The fact that the chain broke without her even realising suggests the poor quality of the materials and build.

They couldn’t even be bothered to reply to the email I sent back. Won’t be using this company again.

The customer service is absolutely incredible. Had a problem with a necklace I ordered and they were so helpful and bent over backwards to rectify the problem. This is the 2nd necklace we have purchased and will continue to buy more in the future. The necklace is loved by our Niece. She’s elated that she’s got it back so thank you so much. You guys at love silver are amazing. I must add that no extra fees were charged. This company set above and beyond to help.

I've only given 1 star because zero stars wasn't an option. I bought a necklace and it broke in less than 3 months. The remedy offered was to repair and for me to pay for it. I'll pursue this through trading standards. If you want reasonable quality and good customer service I'd avoid this company - awful on both counts!

The engraved pendant received was not per website image. The etching / engraving was so faint it was almost illegible. After raising this with customer services, I was told the site images are enhanced hence the darker lettering in the jewellery featured on the site. This is not acceptable. I was told that over time the lettering would become clearer due to wear but this wasn’t detailed in the description of the product. I was told this is an ‘industry standard’ process. Something that somebody outside of this industry wouldn’t necessarily be aware of.
Customer Services refused to resolve this so I feel it’s important people are made aware of the issue I had before they purchase products based on ‘enhanced photography’

Seriously, one of the worst online buying experiences I've ever had the misfortune to have. I chose this company because I thought paying more for a necklace would mean it was better quality...it didn't mean that.
The item broke within a few months, I contacted this excuse for a company for their advice, to say they were disinterested is an understatement.
I didn't particularly want a replacement, I would've been happy with an offer to repair. This item had great sentimental value to my daughter. They offered me a 20% discount on another one (why would I throw another £50 down the drain?!). When I asked about repair they tell me it's not repairable. On a side note, I've just got it back from a reputable jewellers who have repaired it beautifully.
Avoid this company at all costs, their goods are shoddy and cheap and they have zero interest in customer service of any kind. Love silver, you should be ashamed.

Stay well away from this circus company.

Worst customer service i have ever received from any company in the Uk.
I was sent a faulty item - “catch does not close on silver locket purchased as a gift after a family bereavement” - so i Emailed in for a replacement to be arranged.
I was told i can either fix it myself with a pair of tweezers or i can take it to a jewellers at my own cost to repair.
I Still have all emails that are going to be posted all over social.
A brand new product, unused still in the box….. that is their response to their faulty product ?
No aftercare or customer service skills at all from this disgraceful company.
I would advise you stay well clear from this rip off company like the plague. 0 stars for me.

I have never left a poor review for a company before although I have been totally dissatisfied with the product and by the customer service this company provides that I wanted to write a review to stop anyone else buying from! Do not waste your money, time and energy buying from this company!!

Poor quality Chain needed cleaning after a few wears and just fell apart when it was wiped.Very poor customer service Would definitely not recommend

Absolutely disappointed they give misleading information. I brought a bracelet for a child which isn’t even fit for a doll let alone an actually person. They have awful customer service that are no help at all and don’t even try to offer a solution to help a customer out.

My partner always wears silver. I purchased a chain and locket from Love Silver for her birthday it was not cheap. Within 3 weeks the locket came in blotches the chain went completely black. My son is a goldsmith in Kent I could have got him to do one for me but needed this within 2 day. Ok it was delivered next day as i paid extra for next day delivery. I sent photos to my son his reply was it should not have tarnished in 3 weeks. Contacted Love Silver who recommended silver dip although i have never needed to use it on my partners other silver. i purchased a good quality dip it has not made the blinded difference. I also tried cleaning her old silver that came up brilliant. I am still in talks with love silver who say its perfume, if so why didnt her other items she was wearing also turn black. I hope Love Silver can sort this.

Lovely product arrived within days of ordering and very well packaged. Fantastic customer service too. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I purchased a silver necklace in May and it’s turned black already, I’ve had silver necklaces years and they’ve never gone black or tarnished!
Had the cheek to say buy silver cleaning products from them!
You must be b….. joking if I’m buying anything else from this untrustworthy company!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Expensive prices for very cheap and tacky product. Sold me a faulty item and then wouldn’t replace / refund it as they said I must of done it. Poor product poor customer services. What an expensive mistake that was.

Extremely poor quality. Loop too big for T bar on one bracelet so had to get it adjusted by someone else then the chain itself snapped. Other bracelet's clasp broke straightaway too so had to have that replaced by someone else too. All within 6 weeks. Would not recommend to anyone.
