The quality of the jewellery is outstanding and all individually made to your specifications- initials, names chain etc all beautifully made to ensure you get what you ask for!! The quality of the plating ensures it stays fab I’ve had my sons names onto a necklace over a year ago and still looks amazing! Many compliments

Ellie, Sharon and Favour were amazing with all their help from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend them more they were perfect from helping me with the repair to organising additional jewellery to be added to my order. Their replies were always prompt and they really went the extra mile. But most importantly all 3 of the items that I bought are stunning and very high quality! Genuinely very impressed with PRYA, their customer service is absolutely outstanding! Had a small hiccup with my items. I sent an email to them, within minutes I had received a response and by early evening I had confirmation of replacement order. No hesitation, no arguments no qualms. Just simple, easy and very friendly. Items look lovely! If the quality of their items is half as good as the customer service then they have a lifelong customer in me! I would like to say the customer service was excellent. Bought some earrings which wasn’t as expected and didn’t fit right . Contacted them and after sending video evidence of me wearing them , they accepted the fault and replaced them straight away .

Where do I start I order a necklace from another place similar to the one I ordered from PRYA it sadly broke so come across prya found a better necklace can tell the quality is so much better . Priya has a wonderful collection of amazing jewellery, and I keep going back to their wonderful website to find something else either for myself or for a present. I have just bought another pair of beautiful earrings - the Nadia Knot Knocker Earrings this time as a present for a loved one! I ordered a personalised item on the 5th of February. They said it was 4week wait it’s now the 20th of march and I have not received the item. I have not been giving an update as to when my package will arrive the last information I got was that it was still being made 4 weeks after the order was made. I have requested a refund and I have had no response. You have taken my money and given me nothing. I will never order again or recommend anyone else to order with them either.

Terrible business

Absolutely appalling customer service. I was told that the deliver would be expected within one week when I was purchasing. This was for a valentines gift, it showed up an entire 6 weeks later.. disgusting. No offer of refund

I have orders a necklace february 3 and did not reseived anything!!! So many emails and they are answering very late inlet ones a week… i think its a fake website
