I have ordered so many pieces of jewellery from Bohomoon and each piece is of majorly high quality. It doesn’t tarnish and doesn’t turn your skin green, each piece is absolutely perfect!!!!!

Ordered for the first time, great variety of earrings & £10@! Ordered 3, all good quality & nicely packed in a box, unfortunately two pairs did not suit my little girl but customer service were understanding & helped resolve the issue no hassle. Keep it up!

I have ordered from Bohomoon 4 times now and everything is just beautiful. The items themselves, the communication around your order and shipment but also there customer service is impeccable. Everytime I've been in touch or needed something they have answered me and helped me with no issue. I keep coming back to get more jewellery because the items I have are beautiful and sturdy with no tarnishing. I have rings, bracelets and necklaces that I wear on the daily and none of them have give me any issues. Plus with the customer service I have received I feel confident purchasing again and again. Lovely company and definitely recommend😁❤️

Absolutely awful. Almost every item I've bought has tarnished or broken. My sister purchased earrings and they also broke. Avoid at all costs.

Bohomoon is the only place I buy jewellery from now! The products are gorgeous and the customer service team is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for them. Cannot recommend them enough!!

I love their jewellery. I wear it all the time and don’t even take them off in the shower and it is really tarnish proof. Also, this is one of the rare place that cater to small wrist sizes. I have always struggled with bracelets and bangles from shops as it’s always one size fits all. Believe it or not, I wear their size small and it’s perfect. Please keep adding more pieces to your small wrist collection .

I order a pair of earrings for a gift. For some reason they did not send the package to my home address but to a Inpost shop. When I was notified that it had arrived at the shop, I went to collect it. The shopkeeper could not find the package. I contact Bohomoon. They said they will contact Inpost to see where my package was. Did not hear from them, and after a few days I had an email to say they were sending the earrings back to Bohomoon. I contacted them again and I was basically told off for sending to many emails as they sort theses out in chronological order, but I still kept on emailing them. They came back to me to say that once they have the earrings back they will send out the earrings again and could I confirm my address. I replied that I did need the earrings as I need them as a gift and had to buy another gift instead. I told them I do not wear silver and I would like a refund instead. The earrings were delivered back to them on the 28/03/2026. Still they have not refunded me.
I do love their jewellery, but customer service is very very poor. Basically they have robbed me. No earrings, No refund.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this piece of jewelry. It tarnished and turned black very quickly, which reflects its poor quality. I am not at all satisfied with this purchase. I intended to return it, but unfortunately, the return period has expired. Moreover, I no longer wear it as I do not find it appealing. Overall, I consider this product to be of very low quality and not worth the investment😡

A great selection of jewellery (I’ve ordered twice) which is tarnish free. Quick delivery, well priced and the pretty jewellery bags and boxes are such a nice touch.

I absolutely love Bohomoon! Each piece I have received has been high quality and stunning. I’m a regular customer, especially when they have the £10 sale on! All my pieces both silver and gold have lasted well, survived holidays , beach trips , swimming pools and no sign of tarnish whatsoever!
If you’re unsure , give them a go! You won’t be disappointed! (I write this after placing another order teehee! )

It truly is amazing, i think I would have scrolled past many of the peices on the website, thinking that they weren't for me, but seeing them up close I know I will wear each and every one of them.
The design, craftsmanship and value make this one of my best buys.

Very easy to deal with and their products - have bought 2 x a chain, necklace, earrings and ring - exceed my expectations, based upon them being costume jewellery. Excellent value, my oldest item is more than 3 years old and looks perfect.

What a fantastic company. There products are amazing and i should know i have got so much of it and i also buy for gifts.
The quality of the jewellery is exceptional and looks lovely.
My only problem is..... which pieces do i wear today?

No customer service and misleading review system :

I reached out to the company for advice on the size of their earrings and never received a response. Without any guidance, I had to guess, and the size I chose wasn’t quite what I expected. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of customer service throughout.

After leaving a review on their website, I realised they only display reviews that are 3 stars or higher. Anything 2 stars or below simply doesn’t show, which means customers aren’t getting a full or honest representation of people’s experiences. It feels misleading, and it’s put me off ordering again.

Unfortunately disappointing and dissatisfied.

Highly disappointed consider I’ve made over 100 orders over the years

I have placed over 100 orders with Bohomoon, I received a bangle as a 'free gift' with one of my 2024 orders. I have only worn it twice and the stones have already fallen out.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to help because they failed to keep a record of the free gifts sent with my orders. They actually had the nerve to tell me they found over 75 orders in my previous address and make me waste my time digging through 75+ past orders to find it for them, only to then claim they couldn't see it on their end. It is not my fault their system is a shambles. To treat a loyal, high-spending customer this poorly over a manufacturing defect on a promotional item is a joke. Save your money and shop with a brand that actually values its customers.

I have so many different pieces from Bohomoon:Ear cuff, earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets and anklets.

All mine are gold. What made me keep coming back and re purchasing is because of the tarnish free and lifetime guarantee.

Never had any issues and shower and sleep in some of my times and no problems or issues.

Will always continue to purchase. Can never have enough jewellery for all occasions
