This company genuinely go above and beyond for there customers, was advised of a delay in my order but was kept updated all the way! Was having a bad day that day so kept asking a lot of questions, Emmanuella in customer service was so helpful and nothing was to much for her! I’ve had express shipping and some little extras too, honestly they didn’t have to but it’s been very appreciated 🩵

My phone case was amazing quality

Placed an order well over a week ago, no update. Also emailed two days ago and no reply. I understand it’s Christmas but when you state shipping in 3-5 days that should happen. If not email and let them know there’s a delay

I initially had an issue with my order, but after speaking to customer service and receiving a prompt reply, the issue was resolved right away. Now I have all my order I am pleased with the quality, the designs and the value for what I paid.

Had to order twice as I had put the wrong phone. They are great cases, I ordered the Taylor Swift ones which are perfect if you are a Swifty, and they got here really fast which I was sure with given the time of year. Easy to order too.

I placed & paid for an order on 20 November 2024. Heard nothing since then (other than confirmation email of 20/11), so submitted email yesterday asking what has happened. Hopefully resolves quickly as it’s a Christmas present.

I opted for a great offer, £10 for three mystery Christmas phone cases. I’m happy with not knowing what I’ll get, I ended up getting two that I absolutely love and one which is nice enough for the festive season. I was also gifted a free phone case, which was the same as one of the other cases. This is a shame, as I have nobody to pass it on to. But the quality if the cases is brilliant, the designs are so cute and there is something for every one and every phone.

Placed an order on 14th November still waiting, sent email to the company no reply.

I ordered my case after seeing this company promoted on Instagram.
The case is made of a high quality plastic, with the cutest highland cows design on it.
Very happy and will be purchasing more in future as there are so many designs to choose from.

The original order arrived with the incorrect item, but one e-mail and the issue was resolved in minutes with a lovely apology. The correct item was sent out immediately. Thank you for you kind and prompt customer service.
