Ordered an iPad case for my daughter. Charged me £20 plus postage wasn’t even to the house but to an InPost locker which was inconvenient. On arrival it is just a cheap plastic case with stickers on it. Sending back deducts £4 so overall an absolute rip off and scan. So so poor.

Ordered wireless charger because they said it charges samsung galaxy A12 revieved it today and it dosent charge phone I would suggest you avoid company at all costs and take every thing you read about products with a pinch of salt disgusting there just after a quick kill

Bonjour j’ai commandé une valise à 59 euros le 24/11/2023 et j’ai envoyé des mails le 09/12/2023 et le 19/12/2023 et je n’ai toujours rien reçu à ce jour, ni valise ni réponses à mes mails. L’adresse mail contact n’est même plus valide. Très déçue de ce site et de l’arnaque que j’ai subit.

Case arrived on time and is sturdy plastic but the design is all stripy as if the printer making it was running out of ink? Poor quality print.

Order was delayed and when I emailed to get an update, I was given a speedy response which was good. However, after only using the case for a week or so, the decals on the back started peeling off. I've had the case for less than three months now and there's only half of the design left as it gets rubbed up every time my phone goes in and out of my bag or pocket. Plastic case itself is fine but the design is poor quality.

There was a slight delay in my order being dispatched. When I emailed, Lovescases replied within a day explaining, and within a day my order was dispatched..arrived a few days later. Can't fault the service given the time of year of my order, December, and they're a small business. The quality of the cases is excellent, far better than I've had previously. Thank you Lovecases

The stickers are peeling off on day 1. I didnt realise they were just stickers and i could have done it myself

I took advantage of the 3 for 2 offer and was really pleased with the cases when they arrived. Was a little gutted that on one of the cases, the ghost pealed a little but other than that the rest of my order was perfect.

I waited a little longer than I expected on the order, however when I emailed to chase this up I experienced amazing customer service! To be honest I was extremely impressed and felt like such a valued customer.

One of the cases I ordered was a personalised case, I purposely left the box clear as originally I did not want anything written on it. A member of the team kindly got in touch with me to let me know I had left this blank and wanted to double check if this was correct. Again this added to the great experience as I had changed my mind and loved the fact I had time to fix this.

I would definitely buy from lovecases.co.uk again.

The case didnt arrive as quick as I would have thought, needed to chase up delivery. I really like the design (black hearts) but was really disappointed when the design started to peel off within hours of receiving the case. Even when holding it, bits come off. Will end up with a clear case at this rate!! Try putting stickers on inside of case maybe? Wouldn't buy again.

The case came really quick, and it fits my phone perfectly. I really like the design, but was really disappointed when the design started to come off less than 24h after receiving the case. Even when just being in my pocket, or holding it, bits still come off, and I feel like I am going to be left with a clear case, which is not what I paid for. In that case I could have just bought a cheap clear case on amazon which is what I have done in the past. Will not be buying again.

Ordered a case on 13th December and I was assured on numerous occasions this would be delivered In time for a christmas present. I was told repeatedly not to worry and they were working “their socks off”. It is now the 29th December and still I have not received. I paid £20 and was told they’d dispatched it in time for christmas. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Told me that it wasn’t their fault and they had no control over the post. I’ve sent an email twice and got no response from any one.
“Working their socks off “ clearly means pocketing your money and not caring whether someone receives their item.
Would not recommend to any one!
Small business that needs to be shut down! Not the only one on here to not receive an item.
Disappointed they could do this for someone’s present that was not cheap!

Ordered things at a later date and they have all arrived so I know this item is not coming and I want my refund.

Really bad, ordered on the 6th December still didn't get it and we have 25th December, they explqin themselves that item is in transit

Very quick customer service to support with a phone case I received in their ‘lucky dip’ which I wasn’t entirely happy with. They’re good quality and I personally like you can personalize some.

I found love cases on Instagram and decided to give them a try. I have placed a few orders and not been disappointed in any order I have received. They are very honest about the delays due to the current Situation and that delivery may take a little longer even after a slightly longer dispatch. There is a sub note when you go the site.
I have ordered different sized cases as gifts along with mine and each has fitted the model perfectly. The patterns are just as shown on the pictures and also the mini videos and things on Instagram.
The case is flexible almost silicone and moulds around the phone without making it bulky. The p&p is very reasonable. I have also purchased a phone loop which you stick onto the phone this stuck well with no problems.
I have contacted Customer service and they got back to me in 48 hours if that, That was during a pandemic 2! They offered the help I wanted and were really friendly also.

What an awful experience!

Cases bought 2 weeks ago and have still not arrived. These were for a birthday present so very disappointing to that have them.

Emailed 3 times and have been told each time they have been sent which clearly they haven't. I appreciate that the post is taking slightly longer atm but this should be made clear when ordering.

My daughter messaged her on Instagram regarding this order she has been online to upload new posts but has not replied to the message.

RUDE AND STAY CLEAR

This was my first ever purchase from LoveCases. I ordered a phone case for my new phone, I had been on the hunt for a perfect case for a few days when I stumbled across LoveCases who had a great variety at reasonable prices. When I received my package today I was delighted to see that they had sent me another phone case alongside the one I had ordered which I actually liked better than the one I had originally ordered. Also sent me a handwritten note addressed to me which I thought was very sweet. Could not recommend this company enough. Beautiful phone cases and by the looks of it a very sweet and thoughtful team ❤️.

I was sent the wrong item, it was so wrong it was for the wrong phone so I returned it and never received my refund. No form of communication worked trying to receive my refund, fortunately it was only £8 however, the principle of it. Wonder how many customers they do this too
