I placed an order and after several working days I was sent an email stating it was out of stock.

I've complained to them, bringing up the point that they shouldn't take people's money when they don't have the product, I haven't heard back from them.

I ordered a personalised pet phone case which j absolutely love but after having it on for 2 weeks all the images on the back are peeling off.
It is mostly just on my desk or on charge in the car so can't imagine what it would be like if it was in a handbag.
Such a shame as its such a nice case but its expensive for it to look so tatty after only a few weeks

If I could mark a minus figure I would. I have had numerous purchases from here in the past all without issue and the customer service has always been amazing. However, my parcel has not arrived this time Evri don’t care, they sent a pic of an envelope on a pavement as proof !! And Love cases have been ignoring my emails and just not interested. I raised a complaint and heard nothing then I get an email to say they have opened a case with Evri !!
This has been going on for 3 weeks now, so disappointed am out of pocket and have nothing for it !!

Arrived super fast but I did paid for next day delivery. Got two cases and they were on an offer,so great value for money.Good quality just as I was expecting

Made an order and it was returned due to ill fitting and not great quality. still awaiting my refund after i returned this almost 2 months ago have been in contact with proof of return and my order number and have absolutely 0 response.

Ordered two phones cases for my Samsung 24 on 13 July 2025. Luckily, I took a screenshot of my order confirmation showing my order number. The picture doesn't, however, have a breakdown of the order. I never received an order confirmation from Love Cases. The next communication I received was from DPD about expected delivery. My cases arrived on 15 July 2025.

I am disappointed by both cases. They both have a glitter feature on the case, which I don't believe I ordered. The feature cheapens the look of the cases. The print on the back of the cases also looks like a sticker that isn't cohesive with the material of the case. Again, it cheapens the look. On the same day, I sent a query to Love Cases, via the website chat feature, to confirm my order details. I have a screenshot of this. I haven't heard back from them yet...

This was my first time using lovecases and I have to say I'm so impressed with the quality, the shipping was fast and well packed! Highly recommend.

The designs are so so so cute, always on trend and they're so quick with it! The quality is incredible, whoever is printing and packing these is really talented. And nothing compares to their customer service, honestly the friendliest team to deal with!

I ordered matching collar, lead and harness set for my dog, the collar was out of stock, I was emailed and offered a different collar. I asked for my ordered to be cancelled as I wanted the matching set, they told me I could wait and the collar would be dispatched ASAP when the new stock arrived and offered a free gift of a phone case and it matches the set for my dog. Fantastic service and amazing customer service. Will definitely be using love cases again

An amazing service and I love the products I received! When my parcel was was lost in post and I contacted Love Cases the issue was dealt with promptly and by a lovely lady called Emanuella who was so polite, friendly and helpful with her email responses! I've tried so many different cases for my phone & this is the only one that feels secure! Also lots of different designs

Wrong kindle case sent, was told I clicked the wrong one, but it didn't specify properly between the two 12th generation options they have, and I would lose money sending it back, will not be ordering from this site again

Purchased a phone case. Yes I’ll admit I missed the note that said it was a soft case, but I have never smashed my screen protector so many times in 2 week. Have gone through 4 main screen and 1 camera. I might as well not have a case on. Really disappointing as I love their Taylor Swift range.

I love this little company 😍 previously purchased a phone case that I've used for well over a year and it's still brilliant and in more than functioning condition. Recently treated myself to a new case and tote bag with the winnie the pooh/taylor swift range, they arrived today and are beautiful!! Absolutely love the creative ideas this company has and would 100% recommend.
