so many orders i placed that they were unable to fulfill, and i ended chasing my refund which they did ,
the second order they did not charge my card , waited to see if they can obtain the product i ordered , which is better than charging and refunding

I have paid for 2 expensive creams from augusti ne badr and they were either expored on unauthentic
They smelled very very bad!
I have shared my feedback with customer service and they did not care to offer any solution and justified it as personal preference to the smell! I have been using these creams for years and i know how they smell
And of course they don’t smell bad!
I will never buy from them again and neither should anyone!
They are frauds if you ask me. The way they handle customers complaints is unacceptable

Your online ordering system is a SCAM
Your online ordering system is a SCAM.
I made an online order for 2 products and paid online.
After that, I received the 2 products in 2 different deliveries on different days and each time I had to pay for delivery a ridiculous amount.
These charges are never disclosed when the customer is placing the order.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, they sell you products that are out of stock and instead of refunding they keep your money. I am trying to get refunded and no one is listening.

I have ordered items which worth 700 Aed.it shows that I am eligible for a gift as my order is more than a certain amount. It showed a gift in the cart without any image . But once I received my products, there was no gif. So basically they scam you to buy.

I didn’t get my order
I didn’t get my order. I was late, I got an email about 1 product from my entire order is out of stock.
Later I got an email about cancellation of this product.
My order was still not shipped and I message customer service about it. They said that products from my order are out of stock but I could find them still selling on website. I asked about it but didn’t receive any answer
After 1 week of waiting customer service person told me that I can keep waiting until it’ll be available or I can cancel my order
I tried to cancel some of products and keep other stuff but my entire order was canceled
I waited for Black Friday sale to purchase hair products but ended up buying it full price in other store.
My experience with your website was not just unpleasant but cost me money
