I love Lookfantastic, it has the best range of products and much better prices than we get locally even after laying the customs duties. Also I received a damaged foundation bottle in my last order and they immediately sent a replacement so the customer service is very good!

Horrible service
Good luck if you ordered and they send u the wrong items. It is almost now a month just to sort this out and talking with multiple customer service agents. I have to wait for longer now just because I received wrong items. One of the customer service agents called Marlon will make u suffer just for her to understand what is your issue - the way of her answering is exactly like a bot . I ask her something and she replies with something else. I am very surprised with the way of handling my issue . Why dont u just simply collect the wrong items and send me the items i requested for ? Why do i have to contact multiple agents and re-explain the issue all over again?

Tax fees are already calculated prior to payment, I can see it in the invoice. And custom fees are always required just before the shipment arrives. I have ordered multiple times before. But these hidden fees are unacceptable.

Missing items / Bad experience
Very bad experience on my first time ordering, i have ordered 3 items , once on checkout i saw that it will not be delivered at the same time which is okay i paid everything. Yesterday i only received 1 item after that they sent me an email telling me that all the items has been delivered to me , in my account also everything is in « delivered » and from UAE it’s impossible to reach their customer service via call .
