My item was delivered on time and was absolutely perfect, fantastic, fresh and 100% quality...I will use this company again.

First time ordering, much impressed. Excellent boneless turkey breast, bigger than expected which was most welcome. Came on the given day, well packaged and quality is superb.

Will use again for sure.

Friendly service. I had a couple of questions that were answered quickly. I ordered chicken feet for bone broth and they arrived on time and look great.

Items defrosted as delivery had been delayed. both packets of food had breakage in package so unsealed , unsure if had been tampered with

Got guava for a friend who just left us in super warm weather for London cold and friend said it was terrific. It was a day later than expected but it was so fresh he said so that’s good if they adjust to deliver fresh things. The customer service is so good like it’s been a long time I had customer service like that wow.

I tried to buy ten packets of a favourite brand called Be Settled by LizzieLoves. After I paid over £100, someone from LondonGrocery.net then called me to say that in fact, they were out of stock, and did I want a refund. I said yes. The next day, they said that actually, they had it back in stock, would I still like it. I said yes. They then delivered me ten packets of the wrong thing. I asked for them to take it back and issue a refund, which they said they would do (this was all before Christmas). I couldn't find an address to which to send it and didn't get any response on email so tried calling them. When I called the number on their website, I got a succession of people who couldn't understand English and hung up on me. When I looked up the address on Companies House, it said the company did not exist any more. I then chased again on email, and was told that package would be picked up be refunded. It was picked up, and I then chased for two weeks to get refund. Which I received, about a month after the original order. It all took a long time, and was a confusing and stressful process. I won't be using them again.

The meat was great quality and fast delivery. Customer service was great as they kept me informed of delivery time. I will be ordering from here again and trying different cuts of meat.

Delicious frozen goose delivered on time with good communication on delivery. I left Christmas to the last minute but fortunately found the London Grocer who delivered to the Midlands. Would happily use again.

Dealing with London Grocery is straightforward. That have a comprehensive range of food products with an excellent online delivery service which - in my experience is reliable. We recently ordered a whole Gammon for Christmas which was excellent and delivered next day.

The Turkey arrived in a great package insulated with lots of ice packs. I cooked the Turkey for our Christmas dinner it was delicious. So tender so fresh this was the most fresh Turkey I have ever had and I cook fresh Turkey every year. I highly recommend London grocery as they are amazing
