I saw the best price on this website and started booking. After entering all my data and proceeding to payment, I got a message saying the price has increased by 80 euros.

I tried searching on the next day and again I see the low fare first but after entering my data, the price automatically increases.

Waste of time.

I booked a €425 Lufthansa ticket through lol.travel. When my event in Frankfurt was rescheduled by one day due to a UEFA high-security match, I asked to move my flights forward by one day. Lufthansa themselves confirmed that rebooking was possible — but since the ticket was issued by lol.travel, only the agency could process it.

lol.travel’s response? A scripted refusal and an “offer” to cancel the entire booking for a refund of €20.89. That’s less than 5% of the ticket price.

This is not customer service, it’s a trap: once you’ve booked, you have no flexibility, no support, and no way out if plans change — even if the airline is willing to help.

If you value your money, your time, or your sanity, avoid lol.travel. Spend a little more and book directly with the airline, where you at least have options.

Per la mia esperienza posso solo dire che mi sono imbattuto in una agenzia vergognosamente incompetente e senza il minimo rispetto e attenzione per i clienti. Fate attenzione perchè al sorgere di un problema riconducibile alle compagnie aeree vi troverete a dover accettare le proposte o le soluzioni proposte da lol travel e comunque previo pagamento di un costo di gestione pari a € 55,00. Inoltre diffidate dall'assicurazione con la formula "cancella per qualsiasi motivo" perchè è fuorviante e ingannevole. Infatti la richiesta di rimborso deve avvenire 72 ore prima della partenza del volo, rimborsano solo l'80% dell'importo pagato e si trattengono sempre l'importo di € 55,00 per la gestione della pratica. Tutto questo non è per niente descritto in fase di acquisto (o comunque non è messo in evidenza al cliente) ma solo dopo. Difronte ad un problema ti abbandonano e te la devi vedere con la o le compagnie aereee le quali invece, come capitato a me, dicono che deve essere l'agenzia a comunicare con loro per la risoluzione del problema. Il telefono indicato sul loro sito non funziona e rispondono solo alle mail. Per quanto mi riguarda non userò mai più questo sito per acquistare voli perchè mancano di serietà, di rispetto e di attenzione ai clienti. Posso solo dire che viaggiando spesso all'estero e comprando su internet non avevo mai incontrato un sito più vergognoso di questo.

We booked a travel package through this agency that included two stopovers. However, the first flight was canceled, causing us to miss our connections. The agency completely ignored our situation. When they did respond, they simply shifted the blame to the airline and did not assist us in booking the next flight. As a result, we were stranded at the airport for 24 hours with no support or solutions. Their service was absolutely terrible. We strongly advise avoiding this agency at all costs.

Non prenotate, non sono affidabili. Ho prenotato a maggio un volo per agosto, il giorno prima provo a fare il check in dal sito della compagnia e mi diceva che il check in non era disponibile. Contatto la loro assistenza e mi rispondono con rammarico che la prenotazione non è stata confermata, e se io non avessi contattato l’assistenza ? Nessuna riprotezione, nessuna tutela, nulla di nulla.

Ringrazio quest’agenzia, che a seguito di problemi personali (non sono più riuscita a partire) mi è venuta incontro. L’assistenza clienti è stata tempestiva e hanno fatto molto più di quanto avrebbero potuto/ dovuto. Non so che dire, vi ringrazio. Ho ricevuto il rimborso in tre giorni.

Avoid lol.travel at all costs. They lure you in with promises of free baggage and the lowest prices on partner sites like Momondo, but as soon as you click through to their site, the price jumps and the “included” baggage suddenly disappears. Their advertising is completely misleading. This company is a scam – save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

di per sè il sito di lol travel è poco user friendly, e le informazioni ivi contenute pure.
Devo però riconoscere una menzione particolare al servizio clienti che s'è dimostrato molto veloce nel gestire la mia richiesta, ed è stato anche molto chiaro nelle spiegazioni.
Attenzione: sono raggiungibili solo via email, perchè il numero di telefono fisso indicato non è valido e quello che inizia con 895 ha dei costi mostruosi

Lol travel.
Is a scam company. They took credit card details then they told me the cart had been declined.
I gave them another cards details which went through at 296 pounds instead of 260
Then later looking I saw that from my credit card they're taken 1 pound then they took 1,000 pounds and
then they took 1,500 pounds.
I tried to call them as Id not received my flight ticket.

I have tried calling them and they've blocked me.
So I'm out of pocket over 3,000 pounds with this company.
One of my banks have said they are not legitimate their scammers and looking at the posts that's exactly what they are!
On one bank statement it says lol travel
On another statement it says love holidays!
Please by thinking your saving a little bit of money your not .
Don't give this company any card details!

I had a very disappointing experience with lol.travel. After my flight itinerary was significantly changed, I requested a refund. The airline confirmed that they approved the refund and transferred the money to lol.travel weeks ago. Despite this, lol.travel has not returned my money.

I have filed a formal complaint with the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and reported the case to ECC Sweden. This has caused me a lot of stress, especially since the tickets were a significant financial expense for me.

I strongly advise others to avoid booking through lol.travel. If anything goes wrong, you may be left without support or your money.

Ho prenotato un volo per agosto e per motivi di salute ho dovuto annullarlo. Nel giro di tre giorni ho ricevuto il rimborso con accredito direttamente sul mio conto. L'unica nota negativa è che telefonicamente non risponde mai nessuno e ti invitano a fare richiesta nell'area riservata dove lì rispondono in tempi brevi.

Au moment de la réservation, j’ai reçu un numéro de commande, qui ne correspondait pas encore au numéro de réservation (VPN). Cela me semble tout à fait normal — il faut laisser le temps au système de traitement.
Deux ou trois jours plus tard, j’ai reçu de la part de lol.travel le numéro VPN définitif (le numéro de réservation propre à la compagnie aérienne). En l’utilisant sur le site de China Airlines, ma réservation est apparue sans problème.
Mon itinéraire comprend plusieurs escales opérées par différentes compagnies, avec China Airlines comme transporteur principal. J’ai contacté par écrit les compagnies concernées, notamment China Airlines et KLM, pour vérifier, et toutes m’ont confirmé que la réservation avait bien été enregistrée. Ce sont des compagnies avec lesquelles j’ai déjà voyagé plusieurs fois, et elles ont toujours été fiables et transparentes.
La première partie du vol, opérée par KLM (vol domestique au sein de l’UE), nécessite que l’enregistrement et l’obtention du billet se fassent directement à l’aéroport le jour du départ.

Pour commenter un avis incroyable que j’ai lu, que je ne pense pas être totalement vrai : voilà ma réflexion — si un vol venait à être annulé, je vérifierais d’abord s’il a vraiment été annulé ou non. Je doute fortement que lol.travel annulerait un vol sans que cela provienne de la compagnie aérienne — ce serait considéré comme une fraude.

Lol.travel est une plateforme présente depuis plusieurs années. Comme toute entreprise, elle peut rencontrer des problèmes ponctuels (retards, erreurs, etc.). Même en réservant directement auprès des compagnies, des problèmes peuvent survenir. Habituellement, je réserve en direct, mais cette fois, j’ai choisi de passer par cette plateforme pour gagner du temps.

C’est triste de lire tous ces mauvais commentaires. Est-ce que tout est vraiment exact ? On verra en décembre, au moment du voyage, s’il n’y a pas de mauvaise surprise. En général, je suis très satisfait de leur service et je continuerai à réserver avec eux.

Cometí un pequeño error tipográfico en el nombre de un pasajero (solo dos letras) y avisé menos de 7 horas después de la compra, es decir, dentro del plazo de 24 horas, cuando la mayoría de agencias y aerolíneas permiten corregir gratuitamente.

La aerolínea (Iberia) me confirmó que no penaliza este tipo de correcciones, pero lol.travel exigió un pago de 55 €. Acepté pagar, pero me enviaron un enlace que expiraba en 1 hora y, al verlo tarde, ya no servía. He pedido uno nuevo y hasta ahora no he recibido ninguna solución.

Parece que su objetivo es cobrar a toda costa por errores mínimos, incluso cuando no hay penalización real por parte de la compañía aérea. Una atención poco empática, lenta y sin ningún tipo de flexibilidad.

⚠️ No recomiendo comprar billetes a través de lol.travel. Es mejor reservar directamente con la aerolínea o una agencia seria.
Una cosa es gestionar, y otra muy distinta es aprovecharse de los clientes.
