Impossible de les avoir au téléphone.
Par mail c'est un robot qui vous répond.
Mon mari à malheureusement fait une phlébite donc interdiction de prendre l'avion, certificat médical fait par le médecin.
Ils m'ont refusé le remboursement pour cause médicale !!!!
J'ai tout expliqué par mail et ils ont rien voulu savoir.
Des voleurs !!! Plus jamais je repasserais par eux.
Dès fois il vaut mieux payer un peu plus cher et passer par les compagnies aériennes.
Je vous déconseille ce site d'arnaqueurs...

Web estafa, supongo que los comentarios positivos son falsos.
Compre un vuelo Madrid-Zanzibar Z6OJRN en octubre 2025 y a finales de mayo me comunican que esta cancelado, que no hay vuelos alternativos y que me devuelven solo parte del dinero sin desglosarme los 140eur que me quieren retener. Yo no habia contratado ningun seguro ni servicio con ellos, pero da igual, ya no me contestan ni me devuelven los 3385eur que pague. Quatar airways muy mal, me dicen que ellos han devuelto el dinero y lo tiene lol-travel. Estafa en toda regla.Solo me queda confiar en las autoridades y esperar a que con el tiempo pueda recuperar el dinero. No entiendo como las autoridades italianas permiten que operen alli y como las compañias aereas siguan trabajando con ellos.

My family’s Air Astana flights from Dubai to Almaty (March 10, 2026) and back (March 16, 2026) were officially cancelled due to the Middle East situation. Air Astana publicly announced that affected passengers would be eligible for refunds or ticket changes. However, months later, LOL.TRAVEL still has not resolved the issue or returned our money.

Their support continuously repeats the same template response: “We are waiting for information from the airline.” This has been going on for an unreasonable amount of time despite the airline already publicly confirming the cancellation conditions long ago.

What is most alarming is that after researching online, I discovered a huge number of similar complaints from other customers describing exactly the same experience — delayed refunds, impossible communication, generic replies, and no actual resolution. Reading the reviews on Trustpilot made me realize this is not an isolated case.

Skyscanner should seriously reconsider allowing this agency on their platform. Customers trust the companies presented there, and many families may unknowingly end up in extremely stressful situations like ours.

At this point I am preparing official complaints to European consumer protection authorities and considering legal action to recover the funds owed to my family.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Mi è arrivato un messaggio (TRUFFA) per il pagamento di una multa da 40€ per infrazione stradale e procedendo con il pagamento mi è arrivato un addebito da LOL TRAVEL di 400€

I tried for three days to pay for my flight change - the links the staff send, did not work or was broken within 2 hrs after their email was send. I was accused for late payment and find with an additional extra 40euro - for changing my flight. This while I have proof that I responded within two hours upon receiving an email. I spend over 8 hrs trying to resolve this manner ... even talked for 30 minutes with their numb, dumb AI robot.

Eventually I had to re-book a flight with another airline because of the lack of responsibility and acknowledgement of the LOL team that I was am correct. An apology would have been nice with honest fair trade. Their "Zen" Service (online active between 12-21pm) needs to focus less on flying high, study righteousness and be a bit more grounded.

I wont be using their services ever again - wish for a hard bounce back.

Llevo tiempo viajando mucho como nómada digital, y cada vez que voy a comprar un vuelo comparo en diferentes proveedores. Cada vez que me he decidido por lol.travel porque era el mejor precio he tenido la sorpresa de que el precio final antes de pagarlo es bastante mayor. Obviamente no he llegado a realizar ninguna reserva a través de esta plataforma.

Assolutamente da evitare!

Sto aspettando un rimborso da oltre un mese e mezzo. Qatar Airways mi ha già confermato l’approvazione dei voucher e ha già autorizzato l’emissione del rimborso da parte loro, ma questa agenzia continua semplicemente a non rispondere.

Non ho mai visto, in anni di utilizzo di svariate agenzie online, un gruppo così poco professionale:

- Non rispondono alle email,
- I numeri di telefono sono praticamente inutili,
- Avrò chiamato almeno 25 volte senza che nessuno rispondesse.

La sensazione è di totale assenza di assistenza una volta ricevuto il pagamento.

Per la vostra sicurezza, vi consiglio vivamente di stare il più lontano possibile da questo sito e di segnalarlo.

FOLKS BE CAREFUL!!!
It's not my first time booking a flight through this company. This time I got tickets with 1 stop. The airline canceled the 1st flight; even on Skyscanner, you can still buy a ticket for the same date and time.
LOL Travel hasn't responded to any of my emails.
The airline company responded: "I should contact the travel agency I booked a flight with..." Paid 1.5k euros for nothing.
The phone number on their website doesnt work.. it says all the agents are busy atm. 5 days in a row...
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I book a flight from their website and realised an error with the date of arrival and departure. This was minutes after i had booked the flight and requested for a refund because i had no intentions of staying overnight in Warsaw. I sent an email on the issue, and they demanded 55 euros for management fees, unbelievable, for some error i made and wanted to correct in less than hour. I was really appalled but half a loaf is better than none, i am not going to use their service again.

Arnaque !!! J’ai payé un billet en premium economy green et mon billet est en eco standard. Ils ne répondent pas aux messages ni même aux appels. Je suis a la veille mon voyage et je suis très énervé !
Ce site est une fraude et je vous le deconseille vivement !!! C’est une honte car j ai fini par payer plus cher et pour ne pas être en premium economy.
Je me battrai pour mon remboursement !!

Complete scam. A certain price is advertised on Skyscanner, but when you try to book, 250 euros in transaction fees are suddenly added to the payment. There is not a single payment option available without these fees. Pure scamming and is not even legally permitted in Europe.

Sito truffa, ti danno un prezzo per un volo e ptivano in tutti i modi ad aggiungere servizi accessori, alla fine ti dicono che quel.prezzo non è più valido e costa molto di più. DA DENUNCIA ALL'ASSOCIAZIONE CONSUMATORI

Chiedo da giorni assistenza (con l'apertura di diversi ticket) per un posticipo di un volo da parte della compagnia aerea. Tale posticipo non mi permette di prendere la coincidenza (il primo volo arriva infatti dopo che la coincidenza è partita) e rientrare in Italia. Necessito di essere contattata per trovare quanto prima una soluzione alternativa. E' inaccettabile che non si riesca a parlare con un operatore e che si possano solo aprire ticket, senza avere la conferma da parte dell'agenzia che qualcuno ha preso in carico la tua richiesta.
