Decepcionante

Mi primera experiencia con esta agencia fue en julio de 2025 en un viaje de ida de Londres a Asturias; me ofrecieron una tarifa con escala en Amsterdam y al hacer el check in comprobé con sorpresa que habían incluido el equipaje en el vuelo Londres-Amsterdam pero no en el de allí a Asturias; lo solucioné con Vueling directamente, ellos me cobraban la tasa de la aerolínea más 55€. La segunda en un viaje de Madrid a Azores con escala en Lisboa que reservé con garantía de devolución por cancelación hasta 72 h antes del despegue. Esa garantía que encarece bastante el billete en realidad permite recuperar poco más de la mitad del precio pagado si se anula por la cantidad de tasas de servicio y sobrecostes de los que no informan cuando se reserva y se contrata el servicio. Además si se cancela hay que estar muy pendiente porque en mi caso unos días después de pedir esa anulación comprobé con sorpresa que me habían enviado el billete al correo. Si no llego a verlo, no me habrían devuelto nada, lo habrían cobrado todo.

Les pongo un 3 por la inseguridad que genera que no te contesten el teléfono y experimentar la misma subida de precio de vuelos en el último segundo justo cuando voy a pagar los billetes (como todos los usuarios).

Les daré un voto de confianza (me enviaron los billetes enseguida y veo que el proveedor tambien me tiene registrado). Ya veremos lo que pasa si tengo que cambiar fechas (contraté el seguro) o si tengo una incidencia. Que miedo me da …

Os mantendré informados de como acaba esto. Estoy dispuesto a mejorar la reseña si mi experiencia es buena, de verdad.

I give them a 3 for the insecurity of them not answering the phone and experiencing the same increase in flight prices at the last second just when I go to pay the tickets (like all users).

I will give them a vote of confidence (they sent me the tickets right away and I see that the supplier also has me registered). We'll see what happens if I have to change dates (I contracted the insurance) or if I have an incident. Feels scary to think what will happen...

I’ll keep you all posted on how this ends up. I’m truely willing to improve my rating if my experience with them turns out to be good.

Flug gebucht bei lol.travel. lol.travel belastete meine Kreditkarte sofort, sandte aber keine Flugtickets per e-mail während 2.5 Monaten. Sodann sandte ich eine Nachricht an lol.travel via deren Webseite. Ich erhielt eine befriedigende Antwort innerhalb von 14 Stunden. Problem konnte so gelöst werden. Jedoch hätte das Problem leicht vermieden werden können durch proaktive Kommunikation lange vorher.

Estoy tratando de contactar con ellos respecto a una reserva supuestamente ya efectuada y al intentar ver el itinerario en la página oficial no me aparece nada, nadie da respuesta. El viaje es dentro de poco y no tengo información de nada.

The air company made a change in the itinerary PNR D1MOTM that is imposible, we can not connect in our second flight.

lol.travel initially propossed a change but we missed it in the spam. Now, that we realize of the problem, we tried to contact them...they answer giving a link to confirm or reject another propossal, but the link has no buttons to confirm or reject it.

He comprado 2 billetes el día 9 de abril a Manila, ahora intento entrar en su web para ver mis reservas y no me reconoce ni el Mail ni la contraseña. Me pongo en contacto con un teléfono 901 (de pago) y automáticamente me cuelgan.
Como e posible??
Hay alguna forma de contactar con esta gente??

They advertise flight tickets at low prices, and I spent two full days trying to find suitable tickets. When I finally booked them, the booking was cancelled and the prices increased. I spent another entire day searching and saw that the tickets were again being offered at a low price. I booked them once more, and again the tickets were cancelled.

When I asked what was going on, I was simply advised to buy tickets from another airline.

I don’t understand why they are selling tickets that cannot actually be purchased, and I have now wasted three days trying to find suitable flights.

compre unos billetes en mayo y recibí el email de confirmación y de pago, cuando en octubre voy a coger los vuelos, me lo habian cancelado sin aviso, el nuevo billete me costo el triple...no comprar nada aqui!

J’ai payé mon billet et j’ai reçut aucune confirmation sur mail rien du tout même pas mes billets par mail juste une confirmation que le montant a été prélevé de mon compte. J’attend toujours la confirmation svp !!

Wij hebben via Lol Travel onze heen- en terugvlucht naar Thailand geboekt, met vertrek vanuit Brussel. Wat denk je? Er wordt nergens duidelijk vermeld welk vliegveld in Brussel! Wij komen uit Nederland en hadden geen idee dat België twee vliegvelden heeft in Brussel. Gevolg: wij stonden op het verkeerde vliegveld. In pure paniek een uur rijden naar het juiste vliegveld — en natuurlijk missen we de vlucht. Ja, dat was grotendeels onze fout, dat erkennen wij volledig.

Dan moet je gaan handelen:

Je móét contact opnemen met het bureau waar je geboekt hebt. Dus… Lol Travel.
Nou, succes daarmee.
Geen enkel contact. Geen hulp. Klantenservice is 24/7 “in gesprek”. Via mail krijg je iemand die of heel erg lijkt op AI of het is er echt iemand maar snapt er niks van, maar in ieder geval niemand die je helpt. We hebben de héle dag vastgezeten op het vliegveld, wachtend op een reactie die nooit kwam.

De luchtvaartmaatschappij zei: “Neem contact op met Lol Travel, misschien kunnen zij helpen met omboeken of in ieder geval iets regelen zodat je niet al je geld kwijt bent.”
Nou, mooi niet dus. Lol Travel laat je gewoon volledig vallen. Je kunt fluiten naar je geld én naar enige vorm van service.

DUS. BOEK. HIER. NIET.
Gaat er ooit iets mis, hoe klein ook, dan kun je het vergeten. Geen ondersteuning, geen oplossingen, alleen maar extra kosten en pure stress. Deze organisatie is één grote ramp. Neem dat risico alsjeblieft niet!

I tried to book my flight, they deducted the money and gave me no flight tickets. upon contacting them they said that they did not receive my money and after i gave them evidence that my bank can attest to the transaction, they stopped responding to my emails. I eventually got the money back after an investigation by my bank. i had to get another company to book my ticket.

Ce site est une arnaque complète.
Il vaut me payer 10 ou 20 € de plus et aller dans les autres sites, je vous le recommande.
Nous réservons des vols nous confirmons.
Et au mode de paiement.
Il nous marque 100 € de plus pour deux personnes et chaque fois que vous trouvez des vols à prix réduit ils le refont ce site ne vaut rien du tout

Bait and switch. Always. When you get to the point you need to enter payment details you get notified of a sudden price change. It always happens and there is a massive amount of similar issues online.

Signori, a MAGGIO 2023 sono stati cancellati voli per un totale di €800, SONO PASSATI PIÙ DI 2 ANNI!!!! Ed il rimborso non è stato MAI EFFETTUATO!!!!

Avoid like the plague! They show you a good price and after filling in your details they require you to pay 35 gbp (pounds) and they tell you that the ticket does not exist anymore. When you go back you see that it's still listed.

J’ai fais une réservation d’un vol de Kinshasa paris lundi 15/9/2025 pour un montant 1117 € avec assurance de remboursement mais jusqu’à ce jour je n’ai pas encore reçu de billets, j’ai peur de me faire arnaquer !! Le vol est prévu ce vendredi 19/9/2025 J’ai contacté différents agent qui me répondent en anglais que le système m’enverrai le billet par mail ds quelques jours. Comment savoir si c vrai vue les commentaires que je lis ici. Pffff

It wasn't clear when I booked that the checked luggage isn't included and I needed to add it later for more money.
