He reservado un vuelo con ellos y he añadido maleta de cabina (55x40x23) por un suplemento. De hecho marcaba con n check verde que estaba incluida.
Cuando me llega el desglose, no veo maleta alguna. Me pongo en contacto con ellos y me dicen que incluye una bolsa.
He pasgado un suplemento para nada?
además tiene la desfachatez de intentar vacilarme.
Les he pedido la devolución, y se niegan.
Mira que viajo un montón y unnca me ha ocurrido esto

Ho provato diverse volte a prenotare perché dai comparatori risultava il più vantaggioso. Tutto bene fino al momento del pagamento dove, dopo tutta la trafila del compilare le varie voci, ti ritrovi con una indicazione che il prezzo è cambiato.... E quindi lasci stare e cambi

A SCAM!!!!!!! I arrived to book my family flight starting from Skyscanner, which redirected me to this site offering the best fare. The site seemed reassuring, intuitive, and easy to use. But as soon as I made the payment, I received an email saying that the booking had not been confirmed—despite the money being deducted from my card—and that they were waiting for a response from the airline. A few minutes later, another email arrived saying that the flights would not be the ones I had chosen and that the price had increased. Unfortunately, considering the amount of money spent, this situation caused me a lot of anxiety and stress. There is information that should be provided to consumers beforehand, not after the fact. It is a terrible experience to find yourself out of pocket and without a plane ticket. The website did not provide any information, prior to payment, about the need to wait for a response from the airline.

Incredible ! 0 problems with my flight

Son unos si vergüenzas, te cancelan parte del viaje y no te responden, les pides devolución del dinero y te piden 55€ de gestión por reembolso, nunca te contestan en español y menos el teléfono.
Espero q muchas personas lean este mensaje y se olviden de comprar en esta agencia de viajes, esta solo es una de las plataformas donde dejaré mi opinión, difundiré mi inconformidad por todos los medios posibles.

C’est très mauvais site pour réserver des billets d’avion, on importe, moi, j’ai réservé des billet d’avion et j’ai payé deux jours. Après, ils m’ont annulé les réservation, ils m’ont remboursé sans prévenir sans rien du tout

I booked flight tickets through lol.travel. Then, randomly, the airline cancelled one of my flights, without providing any kind of explanation or reasoning. I went through lol.travel to reschedule my flight and they said they'd be happy to issue a new ticket, for a 55 EUR fee. Now I don't see why I should be paying fees when I had nothing to do with the cancellation, nor could I do anything to prevent it. Totally unfair. Told them so, their only reply was "it's company policy, we're allowed to do it." Ridiculous. Never again.

Do not book with this company. You risk being left without a flight. This company is not reliable and behaves like a scam.

I booked a connecting flight with an international flight through LOL Travel. At check-in, I was told that the flight appeared as cancelled and that there was no booking under my name with the airline.
I contacted LOL Travel, since they had already charged me the full amount of the ticket, and they told me that they had not made the reservation and that they did not know why. However, after checking my emails carefully, I found the booking confirmation and the payment confirmation.
Despite this, I tried several times to contact them by email and only received very late responses. They never provided a real explanation and simply said they did not know what had happened. As a result, I was forced to buy another ticket at a much higher price.
The company never informed me, never warned me that the booking was not properly confirmed, and no message or notification was ever sent. Later, they even claimed that they had sent emails which I never received.

waste of time, conveniently for the company the price increases in the last step, once done all the entries !

Estos sinvergüenzas ponen precios muy atractivos para que piques y luego de seleccionar "No, Gracias" a toda la basura que intentan meterte, Te dicen que han cambiado el precio y te añaden +80€ por la cara diciendo que acaban de cambiar el precio, he probado a hacerlo con otras fechas y siempre hacen lo mismo, esta programada la página web para estafarte y sacarte lo más que puedan. No he comprado el viaje, evidentemente.

Yeah I guess I didn't read the small text, but flexible ticket is complete bullshit. Want to change your flight? Pay more than buying a fresh ticket elsewhere, but you are "saving" some kind of a made up fee, but they want to charge you 55euros for their hard work changing the flight.... I'd rather pay more to a competitor next time. I guess this one is on me :)

Compré unos vuelos con escala, la aerolinea nos informó de que canceló uno de ellos y que teníamos que gestionar las posibles soluciones con Lol.Travel. Pues bien, el teléfono no llega a dar ni señal, no responden los mails y el número de seguimiento que te aportan al realizar la compra de los billetes no sirve de nada dentro de su página web, tampoco el abrir 3 disputas diferentes a ver si se dignan a responder alguna. Además, no tienen sede en España, realizan todas sus operaciones desde Italia, lo que aun dificulta más la comunicación.

Ho preso un ticket flessibile ma poi per cambiarlo ti chiedono 55 euro di costi di agenzia(di nuovo) e ti applicano tariffe inesistenti per la maggiorazione del prezzo del biglietto. Insomma paghi più che riacquistarlo nuovo. Ho perso 400 euro. Penso che li denunceró per truffa

Assolutamente negativo da 98 che viaggio da anni 2000 che compro biglietti online, ma la mia brutta esperienza con lol.travel non l'ho mai visuta . : compro il biglietto e parto stamattina il 18 dicembre dalla Toscana con il treno alle ore 13 ero già all'aeroporto di Bologna , prima ho provato a fare checkin da me il sito della compagnia Royal air Maroc non mi riconosceva il codice, faccio la fila arrivo al bancone di RAM. Anche loro non lo trovano perché il codice non esistente, e mi ha creato enormi danni, ho una bimba di 4 anni che da 5 mesi che non la vedo , fa la festa del asilo gli ho promesso che il 20 di dicembre ci sara anche papà un paio di ore prima di scoprire questa brutta sorpresa, ci ho parlato al telefono riconfermando la mia presenza a lei. ( ho già chiamato mio avvocato da domani faccio la denuncia) no no no e no devano chiudere , non possono continuare ad prendere in giro la gente.

Ho sbagliato i giorni dei biglietti e lol travel me li ha cambiati nel giro di pochissime ore senza spese aggiuntive
I biglietti sono arrivati subito

Poi quando dovrò partire vi farò sapere
