Excellent service
From start to finish the service has been excellent. Helpful on the phone, everything they said would happen did happen exactly as it was supposed to. This is the 2nd time we have bought a mattress from Linthorpe Beds and would definitely return to them again in the future.

First time user. Very satisfied.
I have just taken delivery of a new ottoman double bed from Linthorpe Beds and couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish.
The purchasing process was straightforward, friendly and professional. I dealt with Craig, who was knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He listened to my requirements, explained the different options and helped me choose the bed that best suited my needs and budget. His honest advice, patience and product knowledge gave me confidence that I was making the right decision.
The delivery team were equally impressive. They arrived as scheduled, were polite and respectful throughout, and assembled the bed quickly and efficiently. They also took away all of the packaging, which saved me the hassle of disposing of it myself.
Overall, the customer service from Craig and the delivery team was great. The whole experience was professional and customer-focused. I would recommend Linthorpe Beds.

Great Bed Company
We bought a bed from Linthorpe Beds 3 years ago and were so impressed with the company and the bed, that we didn’t hesitate to return when needing another bed. We experienced excellent customer service once again, with lots of advice but no pressure selling at all. Great communication from start to finish and fab service from the delivery guys who built the bed and took away all of the packaging. If only all companies were the same! Thank you Linthorpe Beds!

Good sales but delivery service needs improving …
Good sales service but we were not provided with a time slot for delivery as promised. We also did not receive a call 15-20 mins before they arrived, which was also promised. I've deducted a star for this.
