Just great!
From initially walking into the Darlington store, to the delivery date of our new Ottoman bed, it was so easy.
The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble.
These beds are not the cheapest on the market, but the quality is top tier, worth paying that bit more for. You get what you pay for.
Everything was done quickly and delivery was in about a week. The delivery men were respectful, helpful and professional.
We are very happy with our purchase.

Friendly, attentive and reliable…
From the moment we arrived in the store, to the moment of delivery, linthorpe beds have been fantastic.
I was one of the most fussiest people to deal with and nothing at all was a problem. They were really friendly people. The staff in the store had a good chat, let us try out several beds and even made a deal on a frame and mattress that we found comfortable.
The delivery service was brilliant. The gents constructed the bed within 15 minutes and took any packaging etc with them
Just really think they are a fantastic company and would use again!

I have never ordered a custom size…
I have never ordered a custom size mattress before or even heard or Linthorpe Beds. I ordered a mattress to fix a awkward length and was always kept in the loop via email. I asked for a phone call to arrange delivery and was pleasantly surprised to find it could be ordered sooner than expected. Great quality, firm just like I asked and reasonably priced.

The lady who dealt with us was amazing
The lady who dealt with us was amazing. But while we were looking at mattresses my daughter took my grandson out of his pushchair to have a walk around the shop, hes 18 months old.
I felt I was being eyeballed by an older member of staff.
Was very uncomfortable, I think because my grandson was out of his pushchair.
On the way out my grandson was waving bye bye to all the staff who were Interacting with him.
The older guy was sitting near the exit talking to a customer and Instead of waving bye he looked down and shook his head.
I thought what a disrespectful man you are.
I did consider cancelling my order but my daughter stopped me.

Deliver service was excellent from the 1st call arranging suitable delivery day to follow up call with time slot and finally delivery team arriving and setting up bed, removing all packing materials…. Would definitely recommend.

Matty in store was really helpful and assisted us with what we were looking for. The mattress we chose had to be ordered in and we received in within 2 weeks. Delivery guys were great. Mattress brought in, taken upstairs, unpacked and placed on the bed and old mattress taken away. Perfect from start to finish.
