Great quality and great service

I ordered a special piece for my daughter’s first Mother’s Day. It was beautiful even though I made a mistake in my order. They went above and beyond to help me! Wonderful product, exceptional customer service! I’d give them 10 stars if it was an option!

I had such a great experience with Lime & Lou! They were super quick to respond, incredibly friendly, and made the whole process feel easy and exciting. I honestly can’t wait to see my finished product — I just know it’s going to be amazing!

I have received my initial order earlier than expected and the quality is good, exactly how it is advertised. The most important thing for me has been the constant updated communication that LimeandLou provides via my email. I have now made a second order for another gift which i'm sure will also be top notch!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! They created an absolutely beautiful piece of art for my husband for our first wedding anniversary, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

Not only was the artwork stunning and incredibly meaningful, but their customer service was exceptional. They accommodated every single edit and request I had with patience, kindness, and attention to detail. I never felt rushed or like I was asking for too much — they genuinely wanted everything to be perfect.

On top of that, I was on a tight timeline, and they went above and beyond to expedite the package to make sure it arrived on time. That level of care and dedication is rare these days, and it meant so much to me.

If you’re looking for a company that delivers both incredible quality and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend them. I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely order from them again!

I saw this company on Instagram and was a little skeptical. They had a Mother’s Day sale so I decided to take a chance. I am so glad I did! My daughter is a first time mom with a 5 week old. I used a picture of her and her baby taking the sweetest nap together and had it made into a hand drawing for her to remember those precious first few weeks of motherhood. It took 5 revisions to get the drawing absolutely perfect and they made every little change that I requested very quickly! Customer service ✅ Great product ✅ I will definitely be using them again and again!

I am updating this review today June 18th. This package has still NOT been received! I starting tracking the package after it supposedly left the Lime & Lou facility May 26th. Tracking showed it bouncing between Denver, Chicago, back to Denver, then Seattle all staying for days at a time like it was on holiday. After contacting customer service to inquire about the weird and long shipping they offered a free artwork for the trouble, which was very nice. I ordered the free one (still haven’t gotten a confirmation that it’s shipped) TODAY i get an email stating that my original order has AGAIN left the Lime & Lou facility. So almost a month later it’s leaving the facility in Texas that it supposedly already left. This was intended to be a Mother’s Day gift that was going to be a week or two late. Then I was told it would arrive June 17th. Now I am beginning to wonder if Lime & Lou just makes digital pictures to email people and you never really get any artwork. 🙁 I also purchased a second piece for a gift, it was supposedly “undeliverable and sent back to the original sender”. I have sent them an email to inquire about these issues and am awaiting any correspondence. I’m not hopeful.

Update June 27th As of today I can say that Lime & Lou is in fact A REAL COMPANY. I was contacted almost immediately after my updated TrustPilot review and email to their customer service department regarding the above issues. They promised to remake both orders and then ship both products out priority shipping at no cost to myself. My daughter received the package and loved it. I received the other one intended as a bridal gift. The art itself was great. The framing left a lot to be desired however. 😟 I have still not received my free artwork that was offered to me for my troubles with my first purchase. All in all unfortunately my experience has been a lot less than ideal. Both products were gifts that ended up arriving very late, the one I did get to see looked like a rush job (probably because it was) and over a month later I am still waiting for a reply to see if I am ever getting the last item.

The best customer service and response to my requests! They were timely, informative and extremely pleasant! Will absolutely use them again!

The whole experience I had with this company wasn't great, I will not be supporting Lime & Lou.
The company advertised they allow unlimited edits within 24 hours, they send an email with direction to do so. The company missed my timely and instant requested updates, then decided the best form of action was to offer me a 70% off a new order (no refund). I had asked for an update after three days and they told me it was too late and sent it to production. ... Uh okay... ( CS also did verify she saw my email) What a way to swindle me out of some more money for their mistake. Then, only because I spoke up again and said no, I'd rather be refunded.. they only THEN opted to do the right resolution by giving me my money back. I'd have appreciated a "oops, look at that, we missed your request. Let us redo that for you." People makes mistakes, but I like my money to go to honest and good companies. No apology either, just sorry you're frustrated. My money is going elsewhere. Bad customer service.

This is the second piece I've purchased from Lime & Lou. Both turned out very nice. My only complaint with this one is that I assumed it would be a landscape orientation, like the photo I submitted. Instead, it was a portrait orientation. They had to zoom in to change the orientation and make it fit. It still looks nice, but much of the original photo was cropped out. I would still buy from them again - and likely will. UPDATE: Lime & Lou reached out to me and offered to create a new piece. They truly want me to LOVE the piece I purchased. This is a guaranteed repeat customer! I honestly was so surprised by their offer. Fantastic products and outstanding customer service. Bravo, Lime & Lou!

Very quick and efficient. Also very accommodating if anything needs to be changed. Very nice quality.

The process was easy and had a quick turn around. Package was delivered to a neighbor and customer service was awesome helping track it down and with follow-up. Will definitely order again.

The thrill of opening the package and seeing the final product when it arrived was the best experience. Everyone in my family absolutely loves the canvas. It was a great choice and I give Lime & Lou the credit for their attention to detail, and getting it just right. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. I made an error and they were very understanding and assisted me with my changes. I received my even more quickly than I expected. I am very happy with the gift I purchased. I would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future.

Got a portrait done for Mother’s Day! It looks beautiful and well done! Although, they forgot the gift note I purchased with it, was able to contact support and they were super helpful and generous! 10/10 Support, 10/10 company, 10/10 artwork!

Okay, where should I start?
First, paying for urgent shipping was completely unnecessary because the order still took 10–15 days to arrive. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication regarding the delay. A simple update would have gone a long way, but none was provided.
Trying to contact the company was another disappointing experience. There appears to be no way to speak with an actual person, only automated email responses. Customer service feels nonexistent, and the entire process comes across as impersonal and poorly managed.
Overall, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. The lack of quality assurance and organization is hard to overlook. It honestly reminded me of ordering food online, arriving to pick it up, and being told they only have one item available. That level of disorganization is unbelievable from a company expecting customers to pay premium prices and additional shipping fees.
At this point, I would at least expect a refund for the urgent shipping charges, and honestly, some form of partial refund for the overall experience would be justified. The amount of time wasted dealing with this has been unacceptable.
