Awful Ai generated image. They did multiple versions ( sometimes within 30mins) and when challenged promised me it wasn't ai. Told me they would escalate to a 'senior designer' and I approved this version out of pure interest. Drawing came, absolutely rubbish clearly AI generated. I found many sites from ex employees stating they were all ai or ran through filters and tidied up by humans, so they claim hand drawn. They then ignored my refund request and luckily I claimed back through paypal.

Both Marie and Reynald displayed exceptional service during my dealings/correspondence with their company. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business, especially if you would like a high standard product with customer satisfaction through and through.

Tried to order memorial stone. No review before ordering to show how stone would look. Not impressed with ordering format. Shame as this would have been the first of 5 orders.

purchased an $80 hardcover book for my only son’s first Father’s Day—a gift from his baby boy—and I am extremely disappointed. The book arrived without a title page at the front, which is a basic, standard element of any book. When you open it, there is only a blank page and then the dedication. No proper title page at all. This is unacceptable for a nearly $100 personalized gift.
Your response claiming that the book “also includes the title page at the end by default” only confirms that the title page at the beginning was missed. A title page should always appear at the front. There is no scenario where a book should begin with a blank page and a dedication and simply omit the title page entirely.
For the price I paid and the significance of this gift, this mistake is extremely frustrating. Please send a corrected copy.
My multiple exchanges with customer service have continued to mention the default title page also at the end of the book but no resolution.

This was my second personalized book. First one was for my daughter for Mother’s Day from her daughter of 14 mos. The second book was for my son in law for Father’s Day. They were both so excited about receiving them! They loved them and I was pleased as well! The second book was received after Father’s Day due to an incomplete address issue but Sam made it right and had the book delivered the next day. She texted me a few times making sure I knew she would make it right. Awesome customer service!! I would purchase again!

Loved this product and the support team is quick to respond! Would recommend it to anyone customizing a gift!

I’m disappointed with my experience. I requested changes to the design, but I did not feel any changes was reflected in the final version. The product quality was good, but the revision process did not meet my expectations.

Terrible quality. The site was completely inaccurate in how they described the product - it is not handmade, and trying to deal with customer service was deeply frustrating. I have been left being horrifically overcharged for a terrible product. Would not recommend at all.

Avoid this company!! They don’t supply what they advertise. When I complained about what was missing from my order, I was just told that it wasn’t supplied at the moment. But I hadn’t been told this. Their customer service is shocking. I wouldn’t advise anybody to buy from them

I ordered a personalised baptism book from Letterfest and honestly it’s perfect. The quality is beautiful and you can really tell a lot of care and attention to detail has gone into it – such a special keepsake.
I actually made a mistake when I was personalising it and only realised a couple of days later. I emailed them thinking I probably wouldn’t hear back or would just be told it couldn’t be changed, but they were so helpful and sorted it for me with no issues at all. I was so happy!
Definitely worth the money – the quality is stunning and the customer service made it even better. Would 100% order from them again.

Dissapointed. Site advertises as artists which sketch your photos as line drawing for print but its clesrly AI. Receiving emails at 2am following changes requested by me at 11pm. The response and turn around is far too quick and in unsocialable hours. Ive also had to request multiple changes as they still cant capture the photo right. Its AI generated. And no way to get a refund.

I ordered a framed picture with personalisation. It cost £70. My advice would be to use an AI website and buy a cheap frame (as this is what was sent).
Really not worth the money at all.

Ordered two illustrations with specific requirements. Marie and Sam in Customer Service were very quick to respond to my emails and were extremely helpful in assisting me to achieve the requirements. Very pleased with the finished products so thank you to the Illustration Team too!

I was helped today by Marie as I was unsure if my parcel had been delivered or not. She replied swiftly and reassured me that it had been as she sent a link. She also was keen to ensure that I checked back in with her - I really appreciated it!

I've ordered a few personalised illustrations and they are absolutely beautiful. I emailed support asking if they could merge elements from different photos and they responded quickly and were so helpful and friendly (Marie in particular and also Sam)! I asked for certain things to be changed from the photos and the artists really paid attention and bought our vision to life.

They're delivered with care and the frame is really good quality as well.

I cannot wait to order more of these illustrations as presents. I'm just so incredibly impressed with the service and quality of the illustrations.

Ordered engraved flower pot with saucer for an80th birthday gift, found it easy to order and pay, and within a couple of days had shipping confirmation. Received by Royal Mail 3 days later, just as I was writing to Letterfest to enquire about delivery times. Extremely well packaged, and delighted with contents. Would order again from this company, excellent.

I am so happy with the service I recieved. I made a spelling mistake on one of the names I needed engraved on a pot I ordered..As soon as I realised this I messaged the team to ask if it's not to late can they amend the name ( as this was my error I would of understand if they couldnt change it). Marie sent me an email back straight away to say that the engraving team have been notified and this will be amended..We recieved the perfect pot for my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary a few days later..

Fabulous book all about my grandson’s adventure with the dinosaurs- love it and so did he! First class experience from beginning to end and posting was so quick! Cannot recommend enough marvellous!

Terrible experience , I bought a gift for my wife for Mother’s Day on April 27th and still haven’t received it (posting on may 26th ). They said carrier lost it and generated a new order but it seems they lost again , it’s just crazy . Worst company ever, don’t buy from them !

This company is an absolute joke. Placed an order on the 20th of May got an email saying the order will be dispatched on the 21st for delivery on the 22nd. Then it hit pushed until the 22nd dispatch with delivery on the 23rd. Today (26th) got another email saying the order will be dispatched on the 29th.

An absolute joke. Tried contacting the customer service which is absolutely useless. Nobody at this company seems to care at all.

Avoid at all cost!

If you want to receive a product for your money then DO NOT BUY from this company. You won't get the product or your money back and will get a rude response from their "customer service". Hopefully the bank refunds the transaction.

Lesson learnt....
