In looking for a special gift to give my husband for our 45th anniversary, I ordered the Music Memories with our wedding song. It arrived very quick and it's perfect, such a wonderful keepsake. I highly recommend for that special one-of-a-kind gift.

Absolutely awful experience. It has been over two weeks since submitting my order and it hasn't even shipped yet. The previews have come back incorrect 5x so far. The turnaround time between each preview has been at least 2-3 days. The designers have not carefully reviewed feedback and every time it comes back with a new mistake. I have submitted so many emails asking that the project be escalated or given to a new designer but nothing has changed. Can wholeheartedly say I won't use this platform again and cannot recommend it to others.

Something special & different

My granddaughter and I were searching online for a gift for her mom for Mother's Day. When we came across the website, she LOVED it! She chose a special photo from a trip to Hawaii together and had it made into a watercolor rendition of the photo. It captures a precious moment in time with her mom and brother. By the way, her mom LOVEs it too.

Super easy to navigate the website and upload the photo. Shipping was speedy and arrived sooner than anticipated. Great packaging. Product is lovely.

They have a great product, and they do a quick & thorough job. Very easy to select a picture and upload it, and the approval image came through within 2 hours. It's a good, solid frame, and it looks great hanging in our dining room!

I realize that it is an oil rendering of a photo but the artistry was sorely lacking. Too many glaring features that make the piece almost a caricature. However, Lime&Lou eagerly and graciously attempted to correct the flaws with no pushback. I truly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I really appreciated quick communication from support keeping me updated throughout every step of the process. The Design and Support Team were able to address my concerns to update the design and create something better than I ever expected. This was the first time ever using a service like this to create an extra personal touch as a gift for my wife and I will certainly recommend it to all my friends. Thank you so much!!!

Update: Lime&Lou reached out and offered to redo the print with the option to make any necessary adjustments to the preview before sending it to print. The new one looks SO much better with both the small details like teeth but also the overall color. The company’s willingness to redo the photo made what was originally a sad Mother’s Day gift into something I will cherish forever. I’m so grateful I now get to enjoy the portrait and not fixate on the imperfections.

My husband ordered a watercolor portrait for Mother’s Day and while the concept and materials are absolutely beautiful, I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to hang it anywhere because of how frustrated I am by how some of the details on the photo turned out. For whatever reason, the teeth in the photo came out looking awful and they gave my toddler jagged shark teeth on the bottom and some of her top teeth are missing. It’s so inaccurate from the photo that was submitted that the portrait almost doesn’t even look like her. Additionally, on my teeth there is a random black gap that doesn’t exist in the original photo. I’m confused how the watercolor print got these details wrong and genuinely so bummed because I love the gift idea but probably won’t use it now.

I ordered a photo for my daughter for Mother's Day. I am so happy with how it came out. It ran a couple days late and Meredith in customer service alerted me of the possibility of a delay. It arrived yesterday and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely order again.

What a pleasant experience the customer service provided. There were a few questions and edits I needed to make and they were on top of everything .The team explained the process to me and left me very confident that my order would be perfect. There was a bonus… it was delivered early . I’m so happy to sing the praises of this company 👍😄

All around amazing customer service!!

This is the second order I have placed with Lime & Lou. The first one was pop art canvas and was great.
This order was for a sketch edit. It doesn’t have any detail like shown in the online sample. Disappointed.

Even more disappointing, there’s somebody shady working at Line &Lou.
I’ve only ordered two times off of Instagram or any other social media; both of these times were through Lime &Lou.
Shortly after my first order, there was a fraudulent charge on my credit card. I didn’t think anything of it. It happens.

But after my second order, I used a different credit card, and after my order, there was another fraudulent charge on the same credit card that I used for my order.
It’s just too coincidental.

The customer service was absolutely amazing. They really were helpful and detailed with the corrections we asked for them to change regarding my portrait of my grandma. I am really impressed how they communicated with me and did not leave me in the dark but very quick to respond and adjust the changes we wanted. So far so good! Communication has been top tier. They didn't go overboard when I asked for tweaks and I'm sure my wife will love the gift once it is complete.
