I wanted to see a sample of what my photo in watercolor would look like-the customer service team was very helpful and assured me once submitting if I was not happy with the “sample they would provide” that they would fully refund me and cancel my order. The sample ended up surpassing my expectation so I went through with ordering! Customer service team was stellar and I highly recommend.

This was my first time using Lime and Lou and they did not disappoint. When I received the Father’s Day gift for my husband, I teared up because it came out so beautiful. Highly recommend Lime and Lou if you’re seeking the perfect keepsake.

After paying for expedited shipping, the item did not arrive on time without even a notice that it had been delayed.

I ordered a picture of my husband and our son for Father’s Day. When I received the proof my husband looked perfect, but my son was “off”. I emailed back explaining that I could have been more critical than normal because my son had passed away a few weeks prior, but there was something not quite right. I received an email back expressing their condolences and saying they would give it another try because they knew it was a special piece and wanted me to be happy. Well, a few hours later I had a new proof and it was perfect. I would highly recommend this company.

item came damaged and not of high quality. No one answers emails or is interested in having a conversation to remedy any of this. I would not order from this company.

It arrived securely packaged and because of that was not damaged in any way in the delivery. Also, it was exactly as we had asked, wording and all.

Wow, what an amazing company, in a world where customer service can be a little hit or miss, finding Lime & Lou has been very refreshing. From the actual product, to speed of delivery and perfect communication, I couldn't recommend this company enough.

Excellent customer service: I had a photo done and I was not happy with the result. LimeandLou contacted me right away and had the image redone to my specifications at no charge to me. I am extremely happy with the end result.

My husband, Ken, bought me a medium acrylic of one of our wedding songs for our 31st anniversary which I received today. I woke up this morning to coffee & him playing our song. As we talked over coffee I looked over at a piece of art I did not recognize and saw it was an album of the very song playing! It was a fantastic surprise! I absolutely love, love, love it!!! I just now purchased our other song, (we had two), for his father’s day gift! Can’t wait to have them on our family wall, side-by-side! They look classy and give a modern look to a nostalgic time for us!

Horrible! This company is absolutely terrible and I urge anyone who reads this in the strongest way possible to never give them a dime of your hard earned money. I ordered a gift for my first wedding anniversary and paid for expedited urgent shipping to ensure that the gift would be delivered in advance of when it was needed. The product did not ship until the expected delivery date and subsequently did not arrive in time for my wedding anniversary. I reached out multiple times from the date of purchase to the date that it was supposed to be delivered and only received one email in response stating that the product was being processed and that it would be delivered by the expected date. flat out lies these people do not care. I have requested that I be compensated for this abhorrent customer service experience however I do not expect very much from these people. I’m sure they’ll offer to refund me the difference in shipping cost however that doesn’t change the fact that I wasted $200 on the product from this company that $15 isn’t going to put the thoughtful custom gift that I wanted to present to my wife on her anniversary nor is it going to change my opinion on this company and the fact that they absolutely suck. if they have any moral scruples whatsoever they will refund me the complete cost of my purchase seeing as though their lack of service completely negates my ability to deliver this product as the gift that it was intended to be for the day that I required it. At this point, regardless of how it shakes out, I will never purchase anything from this company again, and I strongly urge you to not waste your time and money as I did.

Update June 1: customer service reached out and offered to provide free shipping along with a 50% discount on the purchase of the product

That’s all well and great but
one: it’s too late. My anniversary has passed. The gift is far less meaningful than it should have been.

Two: they wrote the wrong thing on the item. The item was supposed to say simply “our song” what they put was: “our wedding song“
This would’ve been fine if this was our wedding song, but it wasn’t it. It’s just a meaningful song between the two of us not really useful as a wedding song so we didn’t go with it as our wedding song.

So to recap, bad communication with the company didn’t ship on time and they screwed up the entire order. This company is terrible.
