I placed an order June 24 and it was due to ship on July 2 for arrival of an anniversary gift on July 10. As of today July 7 it still has not moved. This will not make my date. I am so disappointed. The CS response has been horrible and will never order from this company again.

I was so pleased with the sketch I got for my husband to celebrate Father’s Day. The quality of the sketch was perfect as was the framing.

Came across their ad on Facebook and loved what they do. Sent in a photo and they quickly sent back a 'proof' for me to approve or not. I loved that they did this. There were some areas I asked them to tweak and they were so great to deal with, friendly and understanding (I was being picky I think) and open to whatever I asked. I really can't compare their customer service to any other company I've ever dealt with, they went above and beyond to get it right for me. Do not hesitate to order from them, great company, fantastic product. So impressed.

I was offered a 15% discount. When I went to check out, it said it was expired so I didn’t get my 15% discount.

Said it was estimated for june 29th to be delivered and the tracking order doesn’t even say it has been made yet.

Loved how our photo turned out, looks great! We are already planning for an anniversary mosaic for my in-laws and another piece of wall art of our kids!

I purchased one of the acrylic song lyric CD things. Saw so many positive reviews and was SO shocked at how poor quality the product I received was. Blurry, difficult to read, looked like it was printed on an office printer low on ink. Reached out to customer support who requested images. After sending them, my support case was immediately closed with no resolution.
This was an embarrassingly low quality gift to give my husband on our anniversary - especially considering the high cost.
Would not recommend ordering any products from them based solely on the low quality results.

50th wedding anniversary coming up, it has to be right. I came across Lime&Lou on a random Google present search. Picture problem; no digital to uopload. No negative to scan and send. I took a photo of a 50 year old photo, sent and hoped. The Customer Service with quick and accurate info got me though it, the Artists did several drawing revisions to meet my eye and Shipping got it out, all in a few days. Wrapped in 50th anniversary paper, she was stunned on realizing what it was. It's painless. Do it. Lime&Lou. You won't regret it.

I used limeandlou for my first anniversary gift. I was given an image to approve before going to print. I made several requests to get the image as close as possible, but the end result wasn’t perfect but good enough. Clearly they probably use AI to generate. The next year I decided to use them again for our wedding song except this time the confirmation email didn’t come in a timely manner. So I emailed and was told the order was received. I asked for an image to approve and it was sent. I immediately notified an error so I promptly brought it to their attention. I was told it was too late. I was baffled because I hadn’t approved anything and I immediately brought it to their attention. Their solution was for me to order the same item again and receive a small discount. No accountability! Just a sorry, pay us more and cross your fingers we get it right this time. Do they even understand how important these personalized gifts are? In my opinion this was poor costumer service. I will not spent another penny with them. I bought my wife another anniversary gift elsewhere and trashed the item I received. I do not recommend using them.

Update: I was contacted by Lime & Lou and they made things a little better as the damage was already done. I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars just for them trying.

Beyond satisfied. The customer service was responsive and professional.

This company quoted delivery of 6/19 for an order placed on 6/10. The gift was for Father's Day. To-date, 6/25, the order still has not even shipped. There's no one to speak with and my online inquiries receive an automated response. I would highly discourage anyone from ordering from this company - especially if you have a deadline as their shipping quotes are highly inaccurate.

Shipping was fast and everything was well-protected. I loved having a preview of my design to approve before it was finalized. The picture looked so much like the original, but with a cool cartoon-like twist. Best of all, my boyfriend loved the gift because it is unique.

My order arrived on time and the product was even better than anticipated. The team at Lime and Lou is prompt and professional. I will definitely be a return customer!

I found this company’s customer service to be very responsive and completely focused on the customers experience. I ordered a very special gift and I made a mistake on the date. They sent me exactly what I ordered and when I realized that I had made the date mistake, they worked above and beyond to get my order corrected and sent out quickly. I highly recommend this company! It’s so nice to see a company who actually goes above and beyond to care about their customers.
