het gemak van het opvouwen is echt kinderspel en vrijwel overal is over nagedacht. Schijfremmen, mooi design verlichting, relatief licht en comfortabel om op te rijden. enige punt van kritiek zijn de spatbordstangen en met name de kunststof beugels, deze breken vrij gauw, bij ons waren er bij levering 2 stuk in de doos, beter zou zijn geweest dat er gewoon oogjes aan de stangen zouden zitten, maar voor de rest zijn wij dik tevreden.

Je n’ai pas encore eu l’occasion de tester le vélo, mais je l’ai déballé et ça respire le bon matériel. Pour la commande et la livraison, tout c’est très bien passé. Suivi de livraison nickel et deux mails envoyés pour connaître la position du colis, réponses quasi immédiates. Vous pouvez acheter les yeux fermés. Très bonne qualité et très bon prix pour un tout suspendu pliable. Voir quelques vidéos test sur YouTube qui m’ont fait franchir le pas. Merci Legend eBikes

Good bicycle and excellent after sales service
Four weeks ago I received a Siena bike. It was delivered within 4 working days. The packaging was very stable, the bike was ready for driving. I had a lot of fun on my first trips.
I ordered a second Siena for my wife. Unfortunately it was damaged during transport by the forwarder. But Legend's after sales service was excellent. Within a few days I received a new bike. The information during the delivery process was great. Now we can together enjoy tours with our two bikes.

Siena top, Mahle not so
First of all a big high five to the customer service. Fast and generous responds. All in all I am satisfied with my Siena. It's a bit weak on our steepest roads, but that is what I expected. Main reason for the purchase was the weicht and it's really easy to handle. Only the "display" of power System (iWoc TRIO) is the worse I have ever seen. You can't see on the first look the current level of the power support, even not on the second. It doesn't work like shown in the manual. That makes me a bit crazy. You also can't see how much power is left in the battery. The Mahle app is also not very helpful, doesn't work reliable and uses a lot of power on your Smartphone. But beside these points I have been having a lot of fun with my Siena the last three weeks.

Over 4 year of usage
Purchased in March 2020, I'm using this bicycle since and will never change it (unless LegendEbikes team will create 28-29 inch wheel folding bicycle version). After 4 year of daily usage I've decided to change its battery, which I've received very fast and it perfectly feet to its place. Old battery was used in daly usage around 20 KM per day. This bycle is the actual reason why I do not need a car. Thank you LegendEbikes team for your hard work and great communication.

Vorsicht Betrug!
Es wurde ein defektes Rad geliefert!
Die Schaltung wurde defekt geliefert. Nach der Reperatur in der Werkstatt haben wir nun festgestellt, dass der Motor nicht immer anspringt. Irgendetwas mit dem Controller.
Anstatt zu helfen, bekommt man vom Kundenservice nur freche Antworten. Die Website gibt an im Händlerbund zu sein. Heute habe ich die Bestätigung erhalten, dass dies nicht stimmt. Vorsicht Betrug!
Da ich nicht davon ausgehe mein Geld rückerstattet zu bekommen werde ich jetzt alle Hebel in Bewegung setzen: Verbraucherschutz, Medien, Rechtsanwalt...

Schlechtester Kundenservice ever
Ich habe vor 1 Monat ein Legend E Bike Monza gekauft. Schon nach einer Woche fiel mir auf das der Motor immer wieder aussetzt. Ich habe mich beim Kundenservice gemeldet und das reklamiert. Bis auf PDFs zur Motorkennung und angeblicher falscher Einstellung nichtsgehört. Ich bin von Kauf zurückgetreten (innerhalb der 30 Tage Frist) und höre einfach nichts mehr vom Kundenservice bzgl. Rücksbwicklung. Das Fahrrad ist definitiv nicht in Ordnung und mittlerweile lässt es sich nicht mehr anschalten. Ich gehe davon aus das es einen wackler oder sonstiges vom Werks aus hat aber bei 2000 EUR Kaufpreis nicht akzeptabel. Ebenfalls wird keinerlei Support /Werkstatt angeboten. Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht und werde es nun an meinen Anwalt weiterreichen. Noch eine Anmerkung der Kundenservice ist Spanisch und sitzt in Barcelona also nichts mit Service aus Hannover. Die deutsche Hotline ist nicht erreichbar. Ich fühle mich betrogen und kann diesen Hersteller/Händler so wie es bisher verläuft nicht empfehlen. @Legend: Falls ihr mitlest meldet euch doch einfach mal!

Mit dem Legend Monza habe ich ein super Fahrrad erwischt.
Mit dem Legend Monza habe ich ein Fahrrad erwischt welches meine Anforderungen zu 100% erfüllt.Ob mit dem Bus oder der Bahn kostenlos unterwegs oder mit dem Elektro Auto von der Ladestation zurück, alles kein Problem.Schön wäre es allerdings wenn man das Rad im zusammengeklappten Modus noch arretieren könnte damit es nicht wieder auseinander klappt. Ich habe das Problem mit einem kleinem Gurt gelöst.Als dann 2 Defekte durch Fehlbedienung auftraten hat mir der Service wie selbstverständlich geholfen.
Btw ist das Fahrrad auch mit hochwertigen Komponenten ausgestattet und super verarbeitet.
- würde ich auch nochmal kaufen
