Gute Räder, schlechter Service nach dem Kauf
Ich habe 11/23 2 Legend Siena E-Bike gekauft. Die Räder sind insgesamt gut und ihren Preis wert. Ein Problem, wofür Legend direkt nichts kann ist, dass die lokalen Fahrradhändler sich weigern, diese Räder zu reparieren. Außerdem haben wir trotz intensiver keine Werkstatt für Mahle-Motoren gefunden.
Auf Antworten von Legend muss man oft wochenlang warten.
Enttäuscht hat mich der Service bei der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung. Seit 5/24 knackt meine Pedale bei jeder Umdrehung. Legend teilt mit, das sei ein Verschleißteil und falle nicht unter die Garantie. Der nochmalige Hinweis auf die gesetzliche Gewährleistung interessiert Legend nicht. Sie bieten mir an, ein neues Pedal zu kaufen.
Es ist wie so oft, nach dem Kauf, endet der Service.
Ich werde sicher kein E-Bike bei Legend mehr kaufen.

Recent problems: both pedals fell off. Not only was it really difficult to put them on again, but this was REALLY dangerous!

Genial atención al cliente y buenas bicicletas
Probé una Monza pero finalmente decidí comprar una Milano con la cual estoy encantado. Comodisima y el manillar da mucha sensación de seguridad. Buena asistencia eléctrica y legal en la UE, este dato es importante la mayoría de bicicletas importadas de China pueden tener más potencia pero no es legal circular con ellas. Todo el proceso de devolución de la Monza y abono de la misma ha sido perfecto, las dudas que me han surgido han sido rápidamente contestadas por Jordi y Ariadna. Recomiendo la marca.

Legend Etna- the most fun you can have on a bike!
We recently purchased two Legend Etna 500W Electric Mountain Bikes to tour Europe and they completely transformed our trip! We were initially skeptical about switching to e-bikes, but it has been the best decision. We can now ride much further and faster, so we can see so much more of every place we visit and of course if there’s a difficult hill, we press a button and can ride up it with ease. My partner is much fitter than I am, so it means we can ride together without me slowing him down.
The bikes are a bit of a head-turner too. We’ve have had so many compliments along the way, where fellow cyclists have stopped and asked us about them (I think they’re very sleek and stylish).
The frame is robust and durable and suspension system is top-notch, absorbing bumps and giving a smooth ride. The wide tyres provide excellent grip, and the brakes are excellent on steep descents and the battery life has been very good, so we’ve been able to go on long rides without worrying about running out of power.
We’ve even had our two small dogs secured in baskets on the front of the bikes, and they’ve been very happy being passengers going through beautiful villages, towns and woodland trails.
The fact that the MBs can fold up means we can put two in the back of our x4 wheel drive and not worry about them getting stolen over night.
So far, we’ve ridden around the South of France with them, next stop Spain.
We had the bikes delivered to our hotel on the day we specified and the communications and after care with Ariadna has been exceptional (thank you Ariadna).
I think they’re a great investment for anyone who loves cycling with the added extra of electric power when you need it. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Leider ohne Support und Service
Leider muss Ich mich meinen Vorrednern anschließen. Der Service und der Versand durch Legend Ebikes ist unterirdisch. Ich hatte vor 3 Wochen zwei Legend Etna Ebikes bestellt. Gekommen ist leider nur ein Fahrrad. Ich warte weiterhin auf das 2. Fahrrad. Serviceanfragen werden leider nur rudimentär abgehandelt. Mir wurde nach langem Schriftverkehr ein 25€ Gutschein für das fehlende Fahrrad angeboten. Wann das Fahrrad selbst nun kommt ist allerdings unklar.
Auf meine letzten Nachfragen wurde nicht mehr reagiert. Bezahlt sind die Fahrräder bereits. Sollte das Fahrrad ankommen, gebe Ich ein Update.

Fahrräder gut - Service schlecht
Wir haben vor einem Jahr 2 Monza e-Bikes gekauft. In unserem Urlaub sind wir auf einer Tour in einen leichten Regenschauer gekommen. Am nächsten Tag funktionierte bei einem Rad die Bedienung iWoc Trio+ nicht mehr. Wir glaubten, weil wir noch in der Garantiezeit lagen, würden wir einen kostenlosen Ersatz bekommen. Dem war nicht so, obwohl in den Unterlagen steht, dass die Elektronik einen leichten Regen vertragen würde. Wir haben also das Ersatzteil (70€) selbst bezahlt, da die nächsten Touren geplant waren und wir uns nicht auf eine lange Auseinandersetzung einlassen wollten. Ärgerlich! Außerdem lief die Kommunikation nicht mehr über Hannover, sondern über Barcelona. Fazit: Eigentlich ein gutes Rad mit schlechtem Service - keine Empfehlung!!

J'avais pas mal de questions concernant le vélo et une dame a pris son temps pour m'expliquer les choses (20min). J'ai reçu le vélo 1jour avant le délai prévu, très bien emballé (dommage qu'un des bout du guidon soit un peu abimé), facile à monter car tout est quasiment fait.
J'ai dû contacter le service et j'ai eu un réponse le jour même. Service après vente au petit soin, je suis vraiment ravi. Vélo testé et approuvé!

Milano - erste Erfahrung.
Wir haben das Rad Milano mitte Juli 2024 erhalten. Verpackung war OK. Der Zusammenbau ging einigermassen. Hier hätte ich mir etwas mehr Beschreibung gewünscht, vielleicht in Form einer Checkliste.
Das Fahrrad mach einen sehr soliden und hochwertigen eindruck.
Leider war der linke Bremshebel falsch herum montiert (der Hebel war nach innen gedreht, statt nach aussen).
Nach dem Aufpumpen beider Räder musste ich feststellen, dass der Vorderreifen innerhalb von Minuten wieder komplett platt war.
Das Vorderrad kommt morgen zur Reparatur.
Kein guter Anfang.
Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass der Schlauch im Bereich des Ventils ein Loch hat.
Kosten 28,00 €. Diese werde ich Legend in Rechnung stellen.

Vélo neuf
Vélo neuf. Assistance électrique en panne au bout 78 km. C’est en sélectionnant un programme sur l’appli MAHLE que l’assistance élec s’est bloquée. Même en désinstallant et en réinstallant l’appli ça ne fonctionne pas. La réponse de LEGEND est que je dois passer par un revendeur qui lui seul, en tant que professionnel, peut faire la mise à jour de l’appli MAHLE.
Inadmissible que le client ne puisse pas faire cette mise à jour lui-même.
Je precise que le S.A.V de Legend eBikes ma conseillé de passer par le réparateur « cyclofix » mais celui-ci n’a pas d’atelier en region parisienne.
Il travaille sur rdv en déplacement chez le client.
Ça devient problématique lorsque le client est souvent en déplacement également. L’idéal serait de pouvoir confier le vélo à un atelier de réparation.

Das faltbare Modell hat unsere Erwartungen was Aussehen und Handhabung angeht voll erfüllt. Der Aufbau ging schnell und problemlos da alles angebaut war. Auch der erste Fahreindruck war klasse, das Siena mit seinen großzügigen Rädern bietet einfach ein tolles Fahrgefühl. Durch die größeren Räder kommt es einem herkömmlichen Fahrrad sehr nahe und war für uns auch ein Grund für den Kauf. Die Möglichkeit, es mal schnell ins Auto zu legen, macht es zu einem praktischen Begleiter auf Reisen. Wir freuen uns darauf das Siena in den nächsten Monaten auf Leistung und Komfort ausgiebig zu testen.

Wij hebben 2 fietsen gekocht van Legend te noemen het type Sienna. je ziet direct de kwaliteit en een mooi ontwerp voor een redelijke prijs.
het gemak van het opvouwen is echt kinderspel en vrijwel overal is over nagedacht. Schijfremmen, mooi design verlichting, relatief licht en comfortabel om op te rijden. enige punt van kritiek zijn de spatbordstangen en met name de kunststof beugels, deze breken vrij gauw, bij ons waren er bij levering 2 stuk in de doos, beter zou zijn geweest dat er gewoon oogjes aan de stangen zouden zitten, maar voor de rest zijn wij dik tevreden.
